The Bears Den on Lincoln

Loved this place! My husband and I are OTR drivers and we love stopping at smaller truck stops instead of the big 3. This was a great stop! Food was delicious, staff was nice and accommodating. We had dinner, stayed the night and got breakfast the next morning. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the biscuits and gravy! 🤤 I was an entire large Togo box full! Amazing! We will definitely add it to our stops list!

Wow! Is all I gotta say. Them biscuits & gravy were better than grandmas. And when I say better than grandmas I mean better than grandmas. Made from scratch on site. (Yes I asked) Better breakfast at a cheaper price than most big chain restaurants out there. And the coffee?.....I couldn't see the bottom of the cup unlike some coffee out there that are watered down that seemed that were made with dirty socks. Great staff. Great waitress. Great service. This is not a truck stop but they do have penty parking for the area. Worth the extra drive from the highway👍🏼 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Little place, looked closed. Waitress was very nice. The best tenderloin sandwich I've ever had. Big,juicy,and perfectly battered and cooked. Price was cheap too ! Wife had the burger. It was cooked perfectly and had good flavor.

I am very happy that I decided to finally stop in and check out The Bear's Den finally! The service was great! Everyone was very polite and hometown friendly 😊! I ordered the special for the day, meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy plus added side of corn. Potatoes were homemade very delicious 😋 so was the meatloaf. The entire meal filled my stomach and I was amazed at how delicious it was! I definitely recommend anyone in the area stops and tries out The Bear's Den!! Lisa it was very nice to meet you and I just want to let you know that you are doing an amazing wonderful job running the place! Keep up the awesome work you totally totally turned the place around!!!

I gave this restaurant 5 stars bc being open on Christmas Day...serving a breakfast buffet as well as a traditional Christmas Dinner buffet goes beyond. Giving of themselves on a day reserved for family and friends is really to me the Christmas Spirit. There are people who don't have family nearby and for this restaurant to be of service is so amazing. Thank you.

I ordered a steak done medium a side of macaroni salad and a loaded baked potato. Have to say hands down best steak I've had in ohio it was a thick cut had amazing flavor and was mouth watering. Macaroni salad tasted great and baked potato definitely was loaded. I loved the food and the atmosphere. Staff was friendly kept glasses full and got anything we needed . My buddy ordered country fried beef steak and got the biggest platter of food I've ever seen and said it was amazing. Ordered chicken quesadillas fried pickles and loaded potato skins to go and my girlfriend loved them and said they were great. Would recommend trying the food here to anyone driving by wish I would have sooner. Staffs great foods amazing and prices are pretty fair.

Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Very friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely make a point to stop in when in the area and strongly recommend others to stop in for the great food.

A great old time truck stop and diner. Awesome friendly people and the food is great. This is what's missing in today's corporate truck stops. Chatted with a few drivers and even the owner while I was there. Plenty of "clean" truck parking, mostly on pavement. Nice and quiet overnight. I'll be back! My new stopping point in that part of the state.

Always one of my favorite places to stop for the night. Always parking available. The food is always great. People that work here are very kind and courteous. Open 24 hours. Had this on 11/29 in the morning. Excellent! The home fries are cooked the way they are supposed to be!

It's got the hometown diner feel and good prices and good food and good service. We were just passing by to get gas and food and we found this restaurant. I definitely recommend people to stop and eat here. We will definitely be returning when we come back this way

The new owners have redone the menu it is great! Best tenderloin inside of 40 mile.trust me me and my friends tried them all. Theirs is fire.kendra is a sweetheart cant say enough about the turn around on the food.so good.

It's just a stone's throw from the beaten path and worth every step of the way to stop and eat! Nice, smooth, and quiet tractor/ trailer parking and a 24hr restaurant and c-store. I personally like listening to the locals yak and banter with the staff back and forth. The food is fresh and reasonably priced, coffee is hot and the atmosphere takes me back to my youth. It's certainly not new, and that is why it gets 5 stars from me!!!

I get through this neck of the woods seldom , but one I do this is my first choice to stop for dinner and spend the night. (Big rig parking) Bonus... New owners Oct. 2019. This place will take you back in time. Like an old 60s family diner where locals come for camaraderie and a great meal. I had burger and fries tonight and I'm telling you,, it was to die for. Wait staff is great and it is clean. Rambler's Roost gets 5 stars in my book.

I hope they rebuild it sure do miss having a decent diner been nice if they had a porta potty put here even thou there closed drivers still park here still need a road commode would it be to gard to gave one put in til u open

We're highly glad that we stopped, this place is\was so much better than the big name truck stops. Everyone is very kind, friendly an respectful. The food was delicious, nicely priced. There's plenty of parking, just watch the pot-holes, it is off the beaten path but highly worth it!

Good quiet place, the food is road side diner food, I liked it. Everyone is friendly. Enough truck parking for a small place. I'll be back the next time I get a load heading through there.

This is the place for super great food. Had Pork chops one inch thick and cooked perfect. Really super nice young people here working. Plenty of truck parking also

Had the breaded tenderlion with a side salad and it was delicious. My aunt had it too but with some homemade macroni salad that she loved. The tenderloins are big sandwiches that could easily use two buns. The picture is of half of it. Hubby got the special homemade chicken noodles over mashed potatoes with some peas. Everything was super good. Had a young man waiter and he was a excellent, attentive staff. I think his name was Owen

Great local homemade food. Had the house battered mushrooms chicken chunks potato skins homemade sausage patties club sandwich and french fries. Prices extremely reasonable. Service is friendly and attentive.

Friendly people and they were pleasant. Our food was prepared like we ordered. We got more than we expected but it was worth the $. We will be stopping by every time we get back in area.
