I've been a loyal employee here for nearly 8 years. I've had all 3 of my kids work here. 2 still do.
We work hard to help our clients succeed with their chosen goals.
In the face of adversity we push even harder for them to triumph and maintain their sobriety. Our doctors and therapist are here and ready to listen. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

People who truly care about the community. If they cannot help you for insurance or any other reasons, they will find a place that can help your loved one. Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana are so lucky to have a resource like Ridgeview.

I'll be honest I was a bit hesitant on going to Ridgview when I seen it was a behavioral hospital but I'm very glad I went. I learned more here about my addiction and got help with my mental health then anywhere else. The staff there is excellent and caring and the doctors are top notch. They help people do things for aftercare that I've never seen before. My therapist there Mike D. Is just awesome as far as I am concerned. He's really knowledgeable about the subjects at hand and does an unbelievable job at making it understandable for everyone. They don't really force anyone to go to group and many people miss them but Mike's group was consistently getting at is very near 100% of his hall. The food is pretty good and the cigarette breaks are numerous. When I left I felt as strong and ready than ever. Thanks Ridgview for everything.

I was treated with respect and compassion by the techs and nurses. I was able to recover from my issues due to the outstanding support from my therapist Mike K. and I was able to get the meds I needed from Dr. Sepp. I have been to a lot of places and allowing the patients to have many cigarette breaks daily and three good meals a day plus snacks... you get what you put in and I have been given a fresh start and I couldn't have done it without the help of the staff. I have never been to a place where the people are so encouraging. If you are struggling with addiction and/or mental illness Ridgeview is the place to go. They saved my life and taught me how to live again. To all the people that work there I would like to say thank you. You will all be in my heart and my prayers. God bless all of you!

I don’t know much about the hospital itself but the people who fielded the calls were wonderful patient and kind.

They also drove from Ohio to Michigan not once but twice as my friend wasn’t able to get mind and her things together for the first attempt. Thank you staff

I was admitted to Ridgeview on October 17th, 2013 for medication stabilization. Within my 1st. week there I was on the appropriate meds. and attending all groups. I have to thank God 1st. and for-most. It was God who worked through all the people there and ultimately led to God working through me. Ridgeview was and is a blessing. For me and everyone who chooses to make a change. There are the 2 key words for success,1. choose (CHOICE) and 2. change (CHANGE). If you want help, and are motivated. CALL RIDGEVIEW NOW!!!! I personally want to THANK EVERYONE - From Admissions, to Nursing, The Techs., Therapists, Case Managers, Doctors, Receptionists, Discharge Planning, Kitchen, Custodial Staff, as well as the Motivated Peers I was there with and of course Pat (Administrator) I was able to get in touch with me while I was there and I left with a plan for success. Today on December 6th. 2013 I have 2 months of Sobriety. I attend meetings a few times per week but also continued the structure I learned while there. I eat and sleep right and take my medication as directed. I will return to college at O.S.U. in January. I am getting my drivers license in 1 week now that my blocks are removed. I have new glasses and contacts as well as my dental work complete as of yesterday. Most important, my wife, children, parents, and family are all a major support in my life today and our relationships are healing one moment at a time. We communicate with each other and trust and respect are all ready very noticeable. AND YES, MY LOAN WAS APPROVED FOR MY NEW DODGE RAM CREW CAB 4WD. Blessings galore. This is all due to Ridgeview Helping me and my relationship with God taking it from there. If you want the healing to begin. Call Ridgeview. NOW. What are you waiting for???
