Staff at this place are the bom diggity! They are always helpful and nice to the customers. Sometimes they can be backed up or running slow but they'll hook you up in the long run.

5 stars for Dacin. Thank you for the excellent service. Dacin checked on the stock assortment for me and assisted me to see if they had what I wanted in stock. He very clearly conveyed the location and hours. He gave the extra consideration a normal employee would not provide. Thank you Dacin! He should be recognized for his extra level of service provided. I hope he receives proper recognition for going above and beyond when no other stores had what I wanted. He is an employee that other stores should make an example of for a customer experience and positive energy.

The best staff work here and it's a very convenient location for anyone visiting the hospital! I work in the hospital myself, so it is very useful that the hours are longer than other locations. I would like to advise people visiting though, that especially during these times due to the pandemic, nobody can simply walk into the hospital and visit this Starbucks...Just a warning to anyone who is wondering if it is still open to the public, the answer is no, only to people who have reasons to be in the hospital; visiting, patient, etc.

Love the Ultra Caramel frap. Do not like the cold brew whip it comes with so I always ask for regular whip. The only thing I ever go for. But I go daily. Would highly recommend it.
