Lovely place with a cozy country atmosphere, the employees are very willing to help, especially with finding the right fit for a boot, no matter how unique your feet.

My only complaint is the lack of pant/belt sizes above 40 for men. It's understandable though as their clientele is not usually of bigger sature, and they do carry larger sizes for some apparel online.

Boot Barn was great. Customer service was also great very attentive employees with customers walking in and walked right up to each and every customer asking them including myself if I needed help finding anything. Awesome work employees keep up the great work.

Everyone there always has a smile on their face and always asks if I need help with anything. Probably one of the best boot barns I’ve been to. They have a way better selection then Modesto and seems they’re always stocked.

I called like 8 different boot barns to look for a certain item and Debbie in the tracy store was super kind and was the only one that mentioned that she can find it at another store and have it transfer to the tracy store. And I could pick it up there. If I was told I could do this in the first call at my local boot barn I wouldn't have wasted so much time. But thanks to Debbie I can get the vest I want in my size. Very pleased with her customer service.

First time shopping there. Old work boots got destroyed on a job site that day. Went in, found a better boot for a better price. Very helpful staff. I was in and out and satisfied!

Definitely a place to get cowboy boots.

Absolutely not my scene. Went in looking for hiking boots and not a whole lot in that genre.

But they have aisles and aisles of cowboy boots if that's your sort of thing.

Great staff tried to buy a hat couldn't find my size. The clerk called other stores and located my size before I could get out of the parking lot. Thanks...

The young folks at the counter were very helpful and extremely nice. I would recommend giving your business to them.

Everything that you could want for western wear, or workwear. Friendly staff. A bit pricey, but it's all top quality.
