Sat night the 11th of nov I was in late to pick up some food
The manager lady who was working last night was absolutely the nicest I have ever encountered at any food place
She was happy, kind and helpful getting some stuff i needed . I even said I wish everyone was in a good mood like you are
Food was really good again but I want this known and it's fair to leave a good compliment for someone like her I didn't get her name but I will next time I'm in thanks
Good for her and please people remember a lot of places are still short staffed I realized this 2 years ago so I learned a lesson
I can't cook so I am so thankful always people are still out working at restaurants especially fast casual thank you again

We received fast service. Order was correct. Large portions on san seedwiches we ordered . We each took half home for lunch the next day.

Matthew was wonderful! I ordered rapid pick up and unfortunately got a flat tire on the way to pick it up so couldn’t get there for an hour after I ordered it. He remade my order for me when I got there so it was fresh and was so nice! Made a pleasant experience out of an otherwise frustrating day.

I come here about twice a day for coffee and sometimes a bagel. Since virtually all the employees know me by name i can say im a "local". Clean store with helpful employees. No complaints except the prices. Everything but coffee and bagels is just too much for me. But that's Panera. You pay for the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Pleasant experience every time, keep it up.

I would like to commend Marie at the Macedonia location for her outstanding customer service. After the sandwich makers got our order wrong and then forgot about us after reordering, Marie took it upon herself to make things right.
Marie is exactly the kind of employee Panera needs and should be rewarded for her dedication and attention to detail.

We were very pleased with not only the food, but also the service! All of the workers were extremely friendly and made suggestions for certain substitutions, and the food was well prepared and very delicious! Overall, we are definitely coming here again!

I love panera and the food they have to offer. They have a great menu with alot of variety. I personally love the pick two and getting the tomato soup and grilled cheese. They have wonderful breads made fresh daily and delicious bakery to choose from.

Excellent service! The people were very attentive to the needs of the customers and were very courteous. The food was consistent with other Panera restaurants. The food was brought out quickly and was delicious.

The service was very good, but the coffee unfortunately was lukewarm when I poured it from the bins. I should’ve probably mentioned something.

Coffee is great, staff is friendly, they just need to work on their curbside. I click "I'm here" in the app and it only works about 20% of the time. Then I have to call the store.

Chicken wings are good. Left with sticky fingers yet a smile in my heart. Would recommend the big mac. Gr8 floors. BTW napkins and lemons are free.

Cinnamon crunch bagel is decadent. Mocha is yummy. Tuna salad sandwich is huge and so good.

This is our go-to Sunday breakfast place. Sausage, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel. Coffee. Pecan braid.

Great food. Nice place for small meeting with lunch. There breads are so good.
