The service is ALWAYS good but I ordered a drink one time and they put it in the back and I didn't see it. They even called the order name but I didn't hear it.
So next time I am just not going to talk, but I will listen for I can hear them call my name ☺

This Starbucks is a high volume one which means it will understandably take a little longer to get your drink. But once it's ready, it's always perfect. And if it's not perfect, they have no problem fixing it or remaking it. Also love how they have the cold brew tap options at this Starbucks. Definitely recommend.

I like their egg bites. They're good for a light lunch on the go.

The staff here are top notch and friendly. They handle probably one of the business locations in the Valley. However, to the store manager, if you’re going to make your employees stand outside in 34 degree weather to take orders b/c your screen is down, give them some godforsaken gloves.

Absolutely wonderful Starbucks! I come here around 7:15 early mornings and it’s not busy which is awesome! Even if it was, they’re great at getting the line down quickly. Employees are friendly and make the drinks perfectly! Thank you!

i go to this starbucks at least once a week and they are so so kind every single time. i’ve never had an issue with anything i’ve ordered. the inside is cute and always clean. always a good experience to visit this starbucks :)

I went through the drive through and was treated by Steven who just blew my mind with his personality!! You can tell how much he loves his job with how polite he was and how clear n confident he sounded Over the intercom.

As I was waiting by the window for my order he didn’t miss a beat with taking the orders and kept the politeness up. Something you don’t come across anymore anywhere.

Ordered online and this was my first time at this location. What a wonderfully clean and bright store! I was immediately helped as I came through the doorway and asked how my day was, I replied and grabbed my to go and felt great after that experience! Thank you for caring while at work, it means a lot!

This store should be the example you use for all of your other stores. The customer service is exceptional. Every time I go in everyone is smiling, working together, and genuinely seem to like their jobs. They treat customers extremely well. The store itself is always clean, well stocked, and organized. The fact that many working there have been employed for multiple years is a testament to the leadership. The word culture is thrown around quite a bit, but this store truly defines it. Keep up the great work and thanks for making my day every time I stop in.

This starbucks is really nice, aside from the pandemic and not being able to sit down, they are fast and kind. The gentleman who was working 9/20/2020 at the register, thank you for being so patient with my husband and I. We don't regularly drink at starbucks and he answered all our questions and didn't rush us like some locations do!

The place was Busy, and the Staff was working hard.

Fast, Accurate & Polite Service!!

Seating was Limited, but Atmosphere was Comfortable!!

I asked for 1/4 pound samples of different coffees for my home coffee maker, did not think they would do that. But to my surprise, they allowed me to buy a 1/4 pound of each of the 4 coffees I wanted to sample. I felt bad because I could tell I disrupted their operations, but was very thankful they could accommodate my request. The employees were all very patient and all had great attitudes. Given how busy it was when I was there, I do not know that I would have been as patient if I were in their place. Great job 👍 and thanks 😊.

Im not really one to leave reviews but I do believe in giving credit where it is deserved. I stop here almost every day before work and I must say the service is always great, one of the best Starbucks around by far, however today I was having a really bad morning and the woman behind the drive threw window could tell and really went above and beyond to make my morning better. She really did put a smile on my face this morning! Thank you so much!
