Christina was the best person I've ever encountered at this drive through. She's amazing and friendly. Wish there were more of her.

Very Busy Location. Need more staff in the morning along with training. Customer service skills are very poor.

Their donuts are delirious especially when u pair it with a good cup a hot coffee

I came in to get a coffee and the front counter person was teaching someone and drive thru was slammed, they kept asking for help and i saw one person walk out and then walk back to the back without even helping them, come to find out it was the manager. i told the lady to just take a deep breath and i told all the employees they were doing a great job. 5 stars for the employees but not the management.

Very friendly and fast, and always make my drinks the way they know how. They have amazing patience with us, being as we usually don't visit fast food often, and aren't typically familiar with the menu. Super pleased with their service.

Even tho I came during a busy rush hour around mid morning/ lunch it was a tad bit slow but fast at the same time. Food came out yummy and my drink was good. A very lovely young lady that was handing out my stuff through the window was very polite and kind with a positive attitude while the whole place was under pressure! Everytime I come it's Great staff and friendly place! Would recommend

Ordered a walk in on the DD app. Very easy and the staff is super friendly. The store is very clean. Parking is always a bit tight but all the drivers were cooperative. Location is awesome; couple miles off I86 and lots of shopping nearby. You should go here!

Donuts were mediocre but the service was great. Can live with that

Ordered 2 dozen doughnuts out of what they had left near closing time. Very end of the day and still made us feel valued for our patronage + we went through the drive through and order was perfect. MAJOR BONUS POINTS bc somehow EVERY other drive through in the area except Burger King seems to accept that its ok for drive through service to suck.

So typically this situation would NOT deserve a five star rating however, my husband I I pull up to Dunkin last night and were relieved that there was just 1 car in front of us. Said car just finished placing their order and pulled from speaker. Young gentleman comes on and says 'I will be with you as soon as possible" Husband being the smart alec he is says (to me)" whyyyyy there isn't a single person inside, they can't handle more than one order at a time."
Me being the optimist I am and having worked in the service industry am typically more understanding and say "you have no idea what is going on in there, what if he is on his own.."
So we wait another -maybe two minutes and the gentleman comes back on and takes our large order and tells us to pull up. We get to the window and it's a ghost town inside, seriously there is no one, so we see this guy walking back and forth we hear the machine chopping our ice, etc, he comes to the window to hand us part of our order and was as KIND and PROFESSIONAL as could be, I say, "Are you on your own in there," his reply "YES, I am"
Seriously, I was in disbelief, this young man who was probably 20 was busting his behind and still kind and professional. He deserves a raise or something Dunkin. Don't know who he is but he was pretty great at 5:30pm on a Thursday evening with 6 cars in drive thru as we pulled away.

Our coffees were good. The employees were nice and the service was efficient. Thanks!🌞

I LOVED their new tomato pesto grilled cheese!!! And the avocado toast looked delicious as well...but I had my tastebuds on something else...maybe next time I go, I'll try the toast before it's gone.

Last December 2019 it was Easy in and out.

Two weeks ago in August 2020 my wife placed an order thru her app, waited 57 minutes to get an iced coffee and when she finally got her order the top 1/2 inch was water. As she took the glass from the drive thru window it was filled to overflowing and the water/coffee mix that leaked out ruined her blouse.

TIP: If there are more than five cars in line for drive through and the parking lot is more than 1/2 full. Cancel your order and go home.

Dansville location runs like a clock! Especially when you use your app, order ahead and when you are 3-5 minutes out use app to say ready to pick up order on the app. Clockwork. Never 1 mistake after years of visiting.

Go their website, download their app sign up for the perks program and you can please your order through your phone, on your way to dunking donuts, and they will have it ready by the time you get there

I ordered a coffee with no sugar and when I got to work discovered it had sugar. I had texted my husband and told him I was annoyed. Mind you it is my birthday so my husband proceeds to call Dunkin and tell them about their error. The manager (ugh I can't remember her name) was very apologetic and actually delivered, yes delivered me a new correct coffee to my workplace along with a dozen donuts!! That went way above and beyond in my opinion and I could not be more appreciative.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts ever. I stopped for a break during a long drive, and they had a lovely sitting area. It was clean and tidy. The coffee was good but the service was even better. I think the guy working was CJ; he was very patient and cheerful while my toddler picked her donut, and he smiled the whole time. I’ll stop at this Dunkin every time I come down 86 now.

They changed there coffee a while ago. If u ever have had tim hortons or McDonalds you will need to order dark roast to get same taste. Oh and sign loan papers. There coffee is not worth that price. Stick to what works and founded on donuts. Wich have changed also they suck your regular coffee sucks. Quit with all the other crsp you sell. Go back to donuts and coffee. You won't need to cheap in them anymore less workers save money.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. The fact that I waited 15mins for my ON THE GO is ridiculous!! The lack of knowledge, training, and customer service is shameful. The staff walks around with fingers in your cups, doesn’t know what order you are at the window. This place needs HELP!
