Best Western Maple City Inn

This hotel had one of the best reviews online. Hotel check-in was fast and efficient. The room itself was huge, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of parking available out front. Within walking distance to restaurants. Bed was soft. No complaints. The room ended up being cheaper than originally priced upon arrival. We were even given a bag with cookies and a water bottle. Would definitely stay here again.

Always a great stay in Hornel. The staff greets you and the hospitality shown is very appreciated. Rooms are spotless. The beds are very comfortable and the place is quiet. Will return again.

Great place for a quick visit! The staff was so accommodating as I had to change my reservations twice! Very pleasant staff to work with! The room was clean and comfortable.

They have an EV charging station that you can use (they do charge a small fee), and they’re quite helpful and accommodating. The property itself is in excellent shape.

Nice rooms friendly service. I don't normally stay at Best Western hotels. I am pleasantly surprised rooms are clean and comfortable. Best Western upgraded me to their top tier rewards program by just showing my status with other chains. I thought that was a great reward to entice customers and appreciated we will stay here again on our next visit to town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Maple City Inn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was open until midnight so that my grandkids could swim after all our other activities. Look forward to staying again.

My wife and I stayed the evening of 8/20. Every staff member was really nice and attentive. As we were leaving staff members were waving goodbye. Please pass this on to them as they did an amazing job. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the hotel is close to anything you need

I'm rarely staying in a small like Hornell. The fact there is a decent mainstream hotel to stay at is a bonus for the city. The Maple City Best Western is a very nice hotel for your stay.
My room was clean and inviting with a comfortable bed and all the necessities for a short or long stay. Breakfast is served every day, providing the typical fare of small hotels, waffles, eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and plenty of coffee.
There was a nice looking indoor pool and a business center, neither of which I used. All of this for a very reasonable price per night. The only demerit was the location, as the hotel can be easily missed.

This facility was one of the cleanest we've been to over the past year. I am very picky about cleanliness and comfort of bed. Bed was comfy, not the most comfortable I've slept on, but got a good nights rest. The room was clean, I mean impeccably clean...I couldn't find anything wrong, great job and very much appreciated. Breakfast was great and the pool was warm and inviting :) Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I've never been happier. It's so clean, smells wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. I have only one complaint, the heated pool was only 80° ; ) We are staying again because it's just that nice. I highly recommend it... for any occasion: vacation, business, family, passing through. The beds were oh-so-comfy. Even the toiletries were spot on, smelt good.

I rate it 5 out 5 stars. The very homey environment made our holiday stay great. The staff was always working, and there when we needed them. The rooms were clean and organized when we came and the design is modern, yet it feels like home. I will definitely come back for another stay.

Clean hotel in Hornell NY. Room was clean, the evening front desk was kind enough to get us a rollaway bed in our room before we check-in. Thank you all team members to make our stay great.

I have stayed here several times now and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean and up-to-date. The clerk at the front desk always seems to have a problem with her computer being slow but otherwise the check-in process is fast and haven't had any problems. Haven't used the pool so I can't speak to it.

Stayed at this hotel for my son's College Graduation weekend. Rooms were spacious and had refrigerators and microwaves in each room. The staff was friendly and everyone we encountered seemed to want to go out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Location was convenient to the highway and downtown Hornell.

We chose Best Western Maple City Inn because we had stayed there before and found the rooms to be clean and in very good condition. Our rooms have always been found in very fine condition. If ever a problem arises, one call to the front desk and the response has been friendly and timely.

Another area of service is the complementary breakfast. It seemed to me that the Inn staff, did more than they had to in helping the guests at such an early hour and with such an healthy attitude. We will stay there again.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. Decor is fine, not fancy, but clean and well kept. What makes this hotel a five-star is the amazing staff! From check in to check out, they were helpful, friendly, and genuinely committed to make my stay a good one.

Excellent place to stay in Hornell New york. Includes a breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and everything worked. The staff could have smiled once in a while. But i will definitely stay there on my next visit

By far the best hotel in the area! Place was spotless. Breakfast was outstanding. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff. Don't waste your time at any of the cheaper places. This is worth every penny!!
