Spotlight of Hornell

Excellent venue. Great staff. Great movie selection. Charitable to the community. We've seen 2 wonderful movies they've hosted. Jesus Revolution and His only son. Sponsored by the First Baptist Church who collected donations.

Great people, fun time, updated , the movie place I go to first

Great place to go to the movies. Don't let its size fool you. It's clean, well run with a friendly staff. You don't have to rush in for tickets. Even when the theater is full, it's not noisy or uncomfortable. There's also the bonus of not having to wait forever for the movie to start because of an onslaught of trailers.
Last but not least there's the concession stand. Again, it is small but even on the busiest days, the staff is fast.

My local movie theater-fairly priced and love the snack choices. Comfortable seating.

For a small Theater in a small town they do an excellent job.

Part of the Spotlight Group. The group can get hung up. Haven't been there in weeks. Lack of variety.

Going to see Expendables tonight. 09/22

Went to see Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Customer service is great! Very kind staff, prices are good, seating is decent, and the sound quality was good. Absolutely recommended for a nice night out with friends!

The manager at I think she is the manager is a very nice lady honestly she should be owner or something like that and get a raise she really deserves it the world needs more kindness went to see transformers rise of beats today she was by herself getting tickets and concessions and keychains for those who got the key chains and after the movie I said it was a awesome and I get keychains very nice lady i truly think she needs a raise or promotion or some sort of recognition for her kindness and ability to handle the place alone even during opening night for venom let there be carnage it was packed but she handled that easily even with help she deserves some recognition

Such a nice theater with new comfy, reclining seats. Staff was super nice too. It wasn't as pricey as it is at other theaters. We will definitely be back!

The Spotlight is an absolute GEM! The theaters are clean, the staff is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, the concessions are well stocked. ANY movies I watch will be at THIS theater!!!

We always have a great experience at the Spotlight of Hornell. Clean, comfortable and Michele and her staff are friendly and helpful.

We saw Spiderman. It wasn't what I expected. However, the popcorn was fresh and excellent. The Hawaiian Punch drink brought back memories of a time gone by. And the seats were comfortable and roomy. I almost fell asleep from the combination of comfy seats and a lackluster movie. But it was a pleasant way to spend an evening out.

Fantastic small town Cinema with super comfortable seating, great sound system, and very friendly staff.

Very nice theater!

Not crowded. I think the price is fair even for candy drinks and popcorn. Staff very friendly. Theater was clean and proper protocols in place. Enjoyed watching Disney's Jungle Cruise.

I can't say enough good things about the people who work here. The staff is very receptive to suggestions for new movies to bring in, are always very cheerful. There is rarely a wait to get in or get concessions. The new owners have done wonderful things in the last couple years to turn this theater around. I am excited to see what they do next!

Nice theater. I like the improvements that they have made. Sound is excellent and image is crisp and clear. Prices are reasonable for both tickets and concessions. Thank you for bringing a quality theater experience to Hornell.

This gets 5 starts as a local theater (not to compare it to a fancy in city type theater). It has all of the attributes I want locally: good flicks, good prices, clean & comfortable facilities, friendly staff, decent screens and good sound.

They have really improved on the former owner's neglect. It's great to have this back in our lives.

It's so nice to have a theater in Hornell. The theaters have been very nicely painted and the prices are great! I really like the popcorn and the slush puppies! The seats are comfy and they have all the new movies! Great give aways too!

There are certainly bigger theaters out there that may be considered better but this one has small town charm and gets the job done nicely!

Very nice movie theater. The seats are a little old but still comfortable. Not crowded at all.

the seats were too small, i tried bringing my little brother and his pet spaghetti but neither could fit on my lap, other than that the movie Tarzan welcome back to Tarzan was really good but in my opinion there wasnt enough Tarzan, like if they had a touch more Tarzan then it would have been perfect. 5/7
