Busy Body Meals (Coffee, Meal-Prep & More)

I have had several of the drinks and to-go food from Busy Body and I recommend all of it! Especially any of the breakfast and steak meals. Their coffee, both drip and espresso, is amazing! And I especially like the lotus energy drinks they have, they don’t even have the bad after taste like other energy drinks! 10/10 would recommend!

First time visiting this place and it was great! I typically meal prep my own lunches and dinners but i was running behind on prepping and stopped in to grab lunch for work. Honest to god they have the best protein powder infused coffee ive tasted. Every one
I’ve tried before has always had a weird aftertaste, but theirs was absolutely perfect.
I also grabbed their Korean beef and rice bowl, (ive yet to try it) but it does look good.
If I had to state one con, it would be that the portion size seems a little small, for someone like me who strength trains atleast.
But i would definitely go back! Cant wait to recommend this place to my coworkers. Owner was extremely sweet.🩵

I've been ordering from Busy Body Meals for about a month and a half now. Its so hard to plan meals, but Busy Body Meals takes the guess work out for me. The food tastes great the owners are very friendly, and on top of it all I've lost 7 pounds! This is a great business I would recommend to anyone struggling with diet or not having enough time to cook.

I have tried many different meal prep companies but nothing has came close to buddy body meals. Not only is the service top notch but the quality of their food is amazing!

Small business close to home in downtown Belleville. Immediately walked into a fresh and clean lobby. We were pleasantly greeted and immediately served. Talked with the owners and management for a while. Great people, food, coffee and atmosphere. Will be visiting more frequently.

Busy Body meals is a hidden GEM! I have never had meals that were so flavorful and so accurate with macros. I have tried many companies and felt the meals weren't all that fresh or flavorful or that aligned with my nutrition and macros. I love how fresh and full of flavor these meals are AND the macros are customizable with what carb sources you need for your goals. The steak & brussels and southwest bowl are a 15/10! The owners are so passionate about their product, i will be using them for all my meal prep!

BBM is great! The owners work so hard to make this place awesome. They always have new food options and the delivery to my door step on the weekends is so convenient. I love the labels on each meal that tell you what it is so its easy to spot in the fridge and has the nutrition listed for that meal so it makes it easy to track.

BB Meals is phenomenal! Kate & Ty are extremely precise, timely, efficient, and friendly. Their meals taste wonderful & they have a great variety to choose from. You will not be disappointed with their first class service. It’s easy to order online, also weekly reminders to get your orders in by midnight on Wednesday & notifying their customers of their unavailability so you can order more meals for that timeframe.. they even deliver for free in STL & they drop off the meals in a cooler bag to your doorstep! I am extremely satisfied! Everyone at work asks where I get my meal prep meals from! I will continue to recommend Busy Body Meals from Kate & Tyler!

These meals are perfect! My wife and I dont have a lot of time to prepare lunches, so these are a life saver. I throw mine for the week in the freezer and take them to work... and the food is good! I've heated them up at work and people always ask what I am having since they smell so good... Portions are spot on, just enough to feel satisfied and nothing goes to waste or is so much that I over eat. Simple packaging, convenient, great taste. We couldnt really ask for more!
