Dunkin'

I cannot say enough about the owner, Lynette. She went above and beyond when I was there last week and had an unfortunate incident happen. She stopped what she was doing on a busy morning to help me. I have seen her there for many, many years, and admired her work ethic and professionalism. Now, I add sincere, kind and considerate, far beyond my expectation! This store has always been great, efficient and fast! Thank you!

We always have a good experience at this dunkin. They have the right people in the right places at this store and the system they have going is perfect! The lady at the front register was super nice and patient. Thanks!

This is my favorite Dunkin in Orlando area. They are truly the nicest people. I’ve been coming here for 4 years a few times a month each morning. Coffee is perfect and the service is exceptional.

I’ve been going to Dunkin in general for many many many years in many different states and cities but I have never ever had as good of service and friendliness as I did just now at this location! Unfortunately the woman working at the window didn’t have a name tag on so I’m not sure of her name but she was the nicest, warmest, just genuinely welcoming. 11/10 best experience

Best service hands down! I’ve been to multiple states with multiple Dunkin and other chains. This is by far best service and coffee and everything is always on point!

Weird drive thru but great service!

This Dunkin is great. The employees are so nice and sweet.

On Google, it says the drive thru is open until 7 PM, but this isn't true. I just want to make sure that they know that, so the proper hours can be reflected on a Google search. (Lest people get really upset.)

I'm really happy with this DD and their people. It's a nice reminder of home while on this business trip.

I went in today around 11am to purchase a dozen donuts for an elementary school party. The case was pretty empty as they had had a busy morning, but there were still plenty of donuts that kids would like, and I laughingly told that to the nice lady helping me. The wonderful woman at the counter not only put tons of sprinkles on the donuts that I ordered that didn't have them, but put more sprinkles on the donuts that already had them, to make them extra special for the kids. THEN she gave me something wonderful to surprise the teacher with as well! I was so moved by her kindness and thoughtfulness, and the whole class is grateful - I hope her week is as amazing as she made ours.

I stop here at least twice a week before work and am always BLOWN away by how efficient and kind they are. Everyone who works here deserves a raise!! If every Dunkin could operate this efficiently, we’d live in a better world!

Friendly helpful staff! Right around Christmas I ordered two dozen donuts for my staff at the very last minute and they were extremely gracious about accommodating me even though the preference is to call in these orders in advance. The manager treated me as though I was not inconveniencing her at all which I really appreciated. Our staff really loves the donuts and it's always a special treat when we bring some in for everybody. Whoever is reading this just know that we appreciate you very much keep doing a great job!

Where do I start regarding this location. Ordered an Oat Milk Chai. Tasteless and Cow Milk? When going to the drive-through window, the young lady was very rude and dismissive. Before I could ask for a napkin, she closed the window and never came back. Never again, and no hash browns?

Donuts were fresh and the coffee was good. The only downside was that the dining room was closed and we had to awkwardly order 12 donuts in the drive thru. The staff was super friendly and kind though. I suggest having clearer signage. Currently, the sign reads "drive thru open" when in reality, it's "drive thru only".

Friendly staff, fantastic bacon egg and cheese on bagel made by Toya! I frequent many DD , no one makes a better sandwich than Toya , she got the TOUCH! I had to get a second knowing other spots are not this delicious 😀😀😀

I just visited this Dunkin Donuts and Neal was so amazing! He was all by himself, zipping around making coffee drinks, food, ringing up, so quickly and with a smile on his face. Great service!

Like other locations, the drive-thru can back up if someone is placing a substantial order. If you're just getting coffee or something simple, the crew here will get you through with speed and accuracy.

This Dunkin Donuts is the best location I've ever been to. I used to come here at least once a day when I was pregnant with my second child and working right down the road and they had always been super friendly to me and to my oldest daughter, saying nice things and even adding a few extra munchkins in the bag for my daughter. A couple of months after I had my second daughter, I pulled up to DD and ordered quite a few things. Once pulling up to the window realizing I forgot my wallet at home (typical me). Instead of politely turning me away, they kindly gave me my stuff that I ordered and receipt and said just come back when you can to pay for your stuff. (like I said, I ordered quite a bit of stuff, including k cups and things like that) So basically, they are awesome and treat me like family there. This is how all business's should run! I don't normally ever write reviews, but this was so above and beyond to me that I could not just not write about it and give them some praise! ( Also, I did come back the next day to pay for my stuff!) To add one last thing, they also cared enough to ask me how my baby was doing when I went up there a couple weeks after having her!

Pulled into the drive thru curious to try the coconut milk refresher. I wasn’t too sure if the flavor I wanted was good so the lady (Elaine) taking my order told me to pull up and unexpectedly made me a sample which was beyond kind of her. Turns out i really liked it and ended up purchasing the Pomegranate blueberry coconut refresher. Shoutout to Elaine for being so kind to me and making me a sample before purchasing!!! Never experienced such great customer service at a Dunkin’ donuts before. Thank you :)

Love this dunkin! They're quick and polite and always get my order correct. They take the time to ensure the sweetener is actually dissolved in the iced drinks and the food is always fresh.
