They had my exact color Tamiya paint I needed and I grabbed some panel liner too. It's a small place but its full of models and supplies. Mostly military and locomotive from my experience. I didn't see many hot rods or cars initially but I'm sure there were some hidden! Friendly and knowledgeable and great prices. 👍

I was impressed with this place. All HO scale, biggest selection of parts I've seen in a long time, nice selection of trucks and heavy equipment, does consignment, nice size HO building section, guy behind the counter knows A LOT. His sense of humor was like ours so we had good conversation. I actually do N scale, but my BF does HO, he loved it here. Even though it's all HO and no N, I still had a great time looking around, not a big building but stuffed to the brim with well organized shelves. This is what I think of when someone says hobby shop. We will definitely be back.

Best inventory I've seen in MA & RI of HO scale. Keeps fairly up to date with new releases. John is also very knowledgable, and can tell you exactly where in the store to find specific items. If you've been frustrated with limited train selections elsewhere, this is the place to go, particularly for advanced model railroaders.

This store has an incredible inventory of HO scale and at good prices. Well worth the trip! Almost adjacent to PVD airport so perfect for travelers to visit during long layovers. Special emphasis on New England and northeastern prototypes with many hard-to-find items, in my case Pen-Bay decals and undecorated Atlas Master locomotives.

Best train shop in RI hands down.

Extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Has lots of armor kits but if you're into aircraft he does not carry any stock. If there is a certain item you are looking for including aircraft kits let him know and he will special order them. I have purchased kits from him this way in the past, was very happy with the result.

Awesome inventory and very knowledgeable staff. Large selection of rolling stock, buildings, locomotives and accessories. Perhaps the greatest hobby shop in New England. I make special trips from CT to visit this place. I’ve sent several locomotives here for repair as well.

Great selection of train supplies and kits, especially HO and military models. Owner was most helpful and even talked me out of purchasing an item from him that I wouldn't really need. You don't see that every day!

As usual John has an excellent selection of models,.trains paints, tools and much more. He specializes in military models and ho scale but can order anything! Has an extensive selection of Vallejo paints and washes that you won't find anywhere else in RI. I've been a customer since I was a teenager and look forward to every trip to see John like it was my first. Anthony Palumbo

lots of extras for wwii model builders. great selection of armor kits, if you don't see what you want just ask and they will order it! Now as far as aircraft models go you have to know what you want and ask for it to be ordered, but its still less expensive than ordering online in most cases. all the materials you need (especially paint) are there. great affordable and friendly store!

AA is one of the finest hobby shops I've ever been in. The owner is a great guy with deep knowledge of the hobby and is always a great source of information. He also stocks deeply. If you can't find what you're looking for at AA Hobbies, you won't find it.

Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. Been in Warwick myself 25+ years and first time in as just getting back into modleing after a break since teenage years, I'm 47 😅. Will be back in for sure.
