I called a few days ago asking if they could look at my car because I had a flap dragging from the bottom. Joe answered the phone and told me to come in right away and he’d take a look. Thankfully it was just my splash guard, but he was able to fit me in immediately, as well as helping me order some new, very needed, parts for my car.

These guys are the best. Always take good care of you and do good work. Been using them 5 years now for my subie!

Got my car in super quick and diagnosed an issue I’ve been having within a day and didn’t charge me at all! Super professional and very kind!

I purchased a lift kit and new quick struts and had Sue's roos install them for me. They even managed to sneak me in on the same day(which doesn't happen in this area). Great people and great prices!

Etta and her husband are so great and worked with me getting a new engine in my Subaru and then fixing my AC. What could have been an extremely expensive process was affordable with then and I can’t thank them enough. Lucio did a great job with the repair and even aired up my tires after since he saw my light on. Super grateful for this shop and everyone there. Great experience!

I'm from out of town and my oil light came on. I called Sue's Roos. She was incredibly friendly and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I put in the new sensor and was on my way! I am so grateful for the help. Highly recommend this shop!

My husband & I were having car problems on our honeymoon & they were the only ones willing to help us same day at a great price. They even gave us a loaner vehicle so we could still go out and enjoy our trip while waiting for our car to be repaired. Great people. Great service. HIGHLY recommend.

Sue's Roos always goes the extra mile. I have been using this shop for 5+ years and have always found their work to be stellar, prices affordable and service exceptionally friendly. They have loaner cars to help you continue life while your car is being repaired, and are willing to work on other brands besides Subaru. I have had Hyundai, Dodge and Subaru work preformed here.

Easy to drop off your car and easy to pick it up! Cost was well below what I expected !. They do only what needs to be done and don’t try to sell you a lot of extras {filters, wipers, remedies).. wry happy with their customer focus

I highly recommend this business. I have been put in a sticky situation where I bought a 2013 Forester and within 3 months and less than 2000 miles of owning the car the engine seized. Neither the dealership nor Subaru the corporation are willing or "able" to do anything to help me out in this situation. Etta however has been amazing through all of this- going above and beyond what I expected. The customer service is amazing and more importantly the work they do on your car is well done and honest. Its refreshing to meet a honest mechanic who really cares about the people in their community. Again I high recommend this business for any of you car's mechanical needs!

The people at Sue's Roos are amazing! I always visit them to get my Subaru serviced, at a much lower cost than what businesses charge in Jackson Hole (where I live). Etta gave me extra lessons on what to do when checking the oil on my vehicle, Jason always works around my schedule to get me in for service at the right time & the techs in the back always triple-check everything before sending you on your merry way. I'm usually road-tripping, so it's important for me to know my aging car runs efficiently. 5 stars for the hardworking staff over at Sue's Roos. Thank you! You guys deserve these stars for all you do for us with Subarus in the surrounding valleys. Bravo!

I live in Jackson but I make the trip over Teton pass to Sues Roos for absolutely every service my car needs. They are knowledgeable and incredibly honest. This is the first, and probably last, online review I have ever written for any business, but if you own a Subaru in the Teton Valley area do yourself a favor and never take it anywhere but Sues.

They helped me with an issue on my 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback. Really kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about those weird issues that Subarus can have and a normal mechanic/transmission shop was unable to diagnose. Thank you!

I am from wisconsin, out here in driggs Idaho for vacation! Leaving the Tetons today my check engine light came on along with some other sensors. I called sues roos and she told me to bring the car on in and they would run it to see what’s going on. The personable staff made this process so smooth! We chatted about hiking trails and things to do in the area! I am so thankful I found this place on google and they were able to get me in whenever I arrived! They were also able to fix the issue immediately. This place is a blessing and would definitely recommend to anyone with a subaru!
