Excellent! Vibes, service, food. Leaving satisfied. For me the pretzels needed more salt, but the mustard and beer cheese were clearly made in house and superbly delicious! The chicken bowl I had: well I love a good juicy thigh and this one was perfectly cooked with a great crust and a kimchi that was awesome!! Rice was perfectly cooked as well. I’ll be back here for sure to try some other menu items. For some reason my photo of my main course won’t show up, but it is worth trying!!

We went twice in one week while visiting the area. Both times the food, drinks and service were excellent! What I honestly enjoyed most though was the atmosphere. I took my kids both times and never worried about vulgar music playing or other patrons using foul language or the like. A+ for the staff and locals of Driggs Idaho.

Food and beer were great! Appetizers were so good, the pickles were the best we’ve had anywhere. We will be back, even grabbed so stuff for the collection! Merch was on point. We loved all of it, the only reason for a 4 star for atmosphere was the noise just bounces off everything in there. I would highly recommend sound cloth on the a frame area… setting is comfortable!

We were quickly seated in a nice booth, place was busy but not overcrowded. The lager beer was excellent. App was fried pickles and dipping sauce. The dip matched the pickles nicely, the batter was light, and a great pairing with the beer. I had the pork chop sandwich and it was awesome! Tender, juicy, nice grilling flavor and an excellent cranberry sauce topping. The pretzel dish while it was listed as an app was a filling meal for a fellow diner and tasty. The pork fried rice surprised as a complete filling meal and was excellent.

Beer is good. I had the smash burger, girlfriend had the Mac and cheese with pork (this was like 3 meals worth of food itself). The food in general is fantastic. What more can I say?

Great food exists in Idaho, and some of it can be found at Citizen 33. If your are nearby skiing then definitely stop here. The Spicy Poutine was the perfect starter to share at the table. We devoured it. The Fish N Chips was light and crispy. It flaked and melted as my fork cut through. The trout was seared perfectly but the real star was the sauce. Last but not least, the smash style burgers were amazing. Juicy til the end.

This is not your average beer place. Food is really well done. My initial thought was “eh I’ll try the pork chili”… what a surprise…. If you like power bowls, this is 10 steps above even though they call it a chili bowl. Especially if you like a little spicy. Came rice, beans, cilantro, peppers, adobe chilis, corn, cheese curds, others I’ve forgotten… and a whole lot of goodness for your tastebuds ….

Dad had the chicken and rice plate… also very good … “spicy and sweet” as he said.

Wife had “the garden melt w/ braise pork”…. Gluten free bun. And Idaho fries. Simply “DELICIOUS! “ was her response.

The beer and food were excellent, service was very good as well. We had tasters, and the Fish and Chips.

This place specializes in sauces that are totally addictive. I enjoyed the cheese curds will three different sauces. The beer was OK.

I had the tagliatelle with veggies instead of pasta. Cream sauce and extra roast chicken which I didn't really need. What a fabulous dish. Super tasty and so beautifully presented. Service was excellent to. Best meal we have had on this month long road trip.

We were passing through from Colorado and this brewery was within our sites. The deliciousness’s of their beer, paired with the appetizer’s of hummus and wings were a great way to spend a Sunday. The dry rub wings were so on point, we bought two servings of them. The beer was crisp and refreshing. A man, possibly local was kind enough to buy our whole bill due to my military service, so thank you so much to that individual. You’re kindness was much appreciated. Gentleman behind the bar was great to chat with and served us very well.

This place pays attention to the details when it comes to the food. No dish has one dimensional flavor. They take “bar food” and raise it to a fine dining level. We are local and believe Citizen 33 needs the recognition it deserves.

Amazing food, service, & music. Be sure to get the side of bread and cheese curds to start. Highly recommend the garden melt with bacon. The flavors were so unique and worked together so well. Great last dinner on our family vacation!

When we walked in, the place was not that busy but the hostess took her time in seating us. She cleaned other tables before seating us at ours. It did not bode well for our dining experience, however, the quality of the food quickly made up for it. The poutine was the best we've ever had. Instead of gravy the sauce was beer cheese. The andouille sausage was cooked to perfection. We ordered fish and chips with a salad. Everything was fresh and locally sourced. The fish was crispy without being greasy. The server was helpful in helping us to decide what to order. The chicken strips also looked delicious. I was wishing we had more time in Driggs to go back and try other menu items.

Did not have a chance to try the beers but the food and service was good. Menu is limited but the burger is a solid choice just need to pay an extra dollar to get real cheese on it.

We had dinner here this last Friday evening where apparently they get the unsold produce from the Farmer’s Market. The food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!! What made it more impressive was that they were down to only cook. The fried corn on the cob appetizer, the rainbow chard salad, pork chops with Mac & Cheese, and grilled sausages with a delicious cabbage slaw. Very unexpected from this casual and unassuming brewery. Kudos!!!!

The suds can only take a brewery so far and C33B has some real genuine folks sling delicious suds and banging the pots and pans to create fine food. The friendly professional service combined with tasty local craft offerings makes this brewery among the elite. If your lucky Bennie will be there to answer any questions. Expect quality prompt service with a conversation and smile! Now that sounds like a plan!

After eating so many heavy meals I just wanted a salad. Beers were excellent and I love how they use a lot of local products. Their bread was very good and the bartender was very friendly and helpful with some travel questions we had due to the roads closing.

This place was awesome! As a foodie from TX I have to give props! The beer was absolutely fantastic and the smash burger was just so scrumptious with the softest buns ever. The service was JUST right, not too bothersome and not too lonely. If I ever make my way back here in my travels this is a guaranteed stop for sure. Thanks Citizen 33 and Driggs, Idaho! You’ve made this Texan feel right at home.

Solid local spot for housemade brews and tasty good. Nice atmosphere and service with outdoor patio.
