Alex was excellent. Best, most informed Rep ever from Verizon. Lots of info, sold me a phone, changed my service plan. He really cared about me, the customer.

Jared was friendly and helpful. Left with everything taken care in a reasonable amount of time. He stayed late, and was so friendly about doing so, in order to get us all set up.

Dylan was super helpful today, made getting my account updated a breeze and saved me money! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend stopping in

Arlene is a sweet angel. She helped us navigate upgrading our phones and reducing our monthly bill, was communicative about when our new phones came in and stayed almost 2 hours late to help us transfer the phones over. She is reliable, unfailingly positive and a delight to work with.

They are absolutely wonderful!!! Mica worked hard to help me. My 86-yr. old husband had been had been sold an LG phone that was way beyond his ability to use by shysters in Pocatello even though they had agreed with me on the phone he needed. Mica worked hard to help me return it. I will be forever grateful for his help and consideration!! I wish we lived closer so we could use them more often. Thank you SO much!

Braden was so amazing and helpful! He gave great customer service and was the only employee in the store while still managing to help three different people and was so friendly the whole time.

Sarah, Hailey, Junior, and Jesse were all very friendly and professional as I brought my concerns to them. I could tell that they genuinely cared as they listened to my situation, and I feel that they did everything to help me move in the direction of finding a resolution with management. I will go back to them if I ever need anything and will refer others to them as well because they made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Mica is the best to ever do it. Smart, helpful, knowledgeable in every way, he deserves a hearty raise and gracious acknowledgment for his hard work, time, and effort. Couldn’t be more happy with his customer service.

Jacob, Sarah, and Mica we're incredible. I had the worst time with my new phone and after holding for Verizon tech support on the phone many times I walked into their store. Rily, at the Verizon store in Victor was very helpful and gracious. She also has a great sense of humor. (I’m not sure I’m spelling her name right.).

I’m the straight arrow type of customer and the staff here doesn’t beat around the bush and try to high pressure sell. What you’ll get is actual product knowledge and if they don’t the answer to one of your questions, they don’t blow smoke up your you know what... they find out for you or try to find alternative solutions. What separates this place from other stores I’ve been in is the staff seems to always identify the buyers needs instead of telling people what they think they need. For such a little shop in our big valley, this place will always get your questions answered, problems solved and usually in a quick time frame. Solid shop here.

Yesterday I took my broken phone to Verizon and Sara, the store's manager, assisted me. She quickly and easily took care of my phone issue by getting me a new phone and saved me money! Sara provided wonderful customer service and is a helpful and friendly person.

My Verizon experience was fantastic not only did Danielle Thompson save us a good amount of money today. Because of her we were able to upgrade from an iPhone 6 to a 7 plus. Also our family made a wonderful friend!

I always choose to go to this store the employees at Driggs Verizon are very friendly and always more than willing to help me out with any technical questions I may have. I highly recommend Sarah she is always so helpful and if she doesn't know the answer to one of my questions she will quickly find out. Fantastic customer service skills.

Cody was very helpful and personable. He remembered who I was from six months ago. He even helped me set my alarm so that I would be on time to work the next day. If you want a great deal go see Cody. Was a very painless experience.

Braiden went above and beyond helping me. He was also helping another customer at the same time while being the only sales person in the store.

I wanted to commend the excellent customer service of the driggs location and great customer service provided by Hailee. I was embarrassed by how ignorant I was about mobile devices, but Hailee got me set up and helped me navigate my phone. Hailee is an excellent customer service rep and my needs as a customer were 100% met.

Sarah, at this store, just finished fixing my gmail account, with help from tier 2. Throughout the 70 minutes, she was in control. Her knowledge and competence were very obvious to me. The more frustrated I became, the more calm she became.
