Terrain Coffee in Vancouver, WA is an absolute gem. Nestled in the heart of the city, this cozy little spot has quickly become one of my favorite go-to places for a delicious cup of coffee. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that just makes you want to stay awhile.

The first thing that struck me about Terrain Coffee was the decor. The rustic yet modern design creates the perfect ambiance for enjoying your favorite brew. Whether you're meeting up with friends, catching up on work, or simply looking for a quiet place to relax, you'll feel right at home here.

But it's not just the ambiance that makes Terrain Coffee stand out – it's the coffee itself. They offer a wide variety of specialty drinks, all made with care and attention to detail. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or something more adventurous, you're sure to find something to satisfy your taste buds.

But perhaps the best part of Terrain Coffee is the service. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, making you feel valued from the moment you walk in. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you can expect to be treated with the utmost care and respect.

Overall, Terrain Coffee is a must-visit destination for any coffee lover in Vancouver, WA. With its charming atmosphere, delicious drinks, and top-notch service, it's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a moment of tranquility in the midst of a busy day. I can't recommend it highly enough!

This place gets packed early Saturday morning. The staff working here is so nice and they're happy to explain about their drinks.

My partner and I regularly go to grab one of their seasonal fall lattes (spiced apple chai, ginger snapper, snowdrift mocha). I love their drink creativity and their lattes are so smooth. Well worth the morning visit when you're visiting Vancouver downtown

Great coffee! Great atmosphere! I got the sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon latte. I've never had anything like that, and it was amazing. Both baristas were very personable. Lots of seating, live plants, some games … You can't go wrong if you like coffee and if you like downtown Vancouver!

I had a great morning out with my daughter here. The coffee, cocoa, and pastries were all exquisite and the atmosphere and service even better! We can’t wait to go back and try something else. This place is a treasure in downtown Vancouver!

Great coffee and great people! I make the trip here from Southwest Portland at least once a month because the coffee is just that good. My previous favorite cafe (Oracle Coffee on the S Waterfront) sourced their beans from Terrain, and unfortunately went out of business.

Truly some of the best light-to-medium roasted coffee you can find. Reliably sourced, locally roasted, and with great single origin and blend options whether you prefer more fruit-forward or nutty tastes. If you aren't sure where to start an oat milk cortado is my go-to!

My favorite coffee shop. Their coffee is really good quality, for my taste. The atmosphere is simple, warm, and feels like a little local gem. I really like the interior design and the space feels larger than it actually is because of the natural light and really high ceilings. The staff is always chill and friendly which I think is very welcoming.

This is the best coffee in Vancouver, no question. Everyone who works here cares about the quality of your drink, and the quality of your care. Truly one of the best shops in the entire Portland Metro area. All of the food they get in is also delicious, there’s only great things to say about Terrain.

I went in today to get some coffee and the barista had a lot of orders to get through so I walked around the block and came back. I ordered a pistachio latte, and despite the evident chaos and stress, the barista was so kind and intentional with me!! I even spilled some of my water on the desk and he cleaned it up right away. Latte was amazing and he did such a great job. Was working so hard. Blown away at his intentionality and how kind everyone in the shop was also to him.

The best coffee shop in town! Lovely staff and atmosphere. The owner (Marty) is always friendly and sharing his/his wife's passion projects. Thanks, guys, for creating such an awesome space to hang with friends, do homework, or just chill.

This space is really something special! It always feels so welcoming and they really have a true passion for the craft of coffee both in roasting and preparation. I typically don't ever get latte specials because they are incredibly sweet, but here I can't get enough! It's the perfect balance of flavor, coffee and just a subtle sweetness.

Just discovered this very cool coffee shop in downtown Vancouver. Had an oat cappuccino and my wife had a spicy chai, both very good. We also had avocado toast, it was also excellent. The photo is not great as we dove into everything quickly… we were hungry. Lol. Definitely worth the visit.

My favorite coffee shop in Vancouver. Run by an extremely kind couple who often work the counter and greet you with a cheerful smile and hello when you enter. They obviously care about their craft (unlike most chain coffee shop employees) and produce varied, balanced, and high quality drinks. I had a great time hearing Marty explain the whole bean in-house roasts they sell for my home set-up. The walls are beautiful exposed brick and the music is just the right volume for focus or having a chat. I highly, highly recommend this spot.

Such an awesome, friendly coffee shop in downtown Vancouver, not far from where I work! The first time I went in, the service I received was so welcoming and made me want to come back even before I tasted the drinks. Their menu isn't large, but they have really good specialties that you can't get anywhere else, such as their homemade salt-topped bourbon caramel latte that I was recommended by the barista. In addition, the atmosphere is really nice, there's such a good atmosphere. It is on the pricey side, but you definitely get what you're paying for. Parking can be quite difficult too, but it's not their fault.

Amazing almond milk vanilla latte and lox bagel! The latte was perfectly balanced and flavored. Definitely will make a point to revisit on my trip. Quaint relaxed atmosphere.

If you’re into specialty coffee this is a great new spot in Vancouver. They have a choice of a blend and or single origin to choose for espresso. Very clean, music not too loud, and enough outlets (by the tables with usb inputs) to keep you powered up. Another great feature is there is plenty of natural light and even a big table that can seat 10-12 people.

Marty has created a place with great atmosphere. That, and the unique seasonal drinks are what keep me going back, as opposed to another coffee shop.

Coffee was tasty at this Specialty Coffee Shop. The crew was friendly, and they didn’t appear to be overly controlling with table time limits like other popular shops that limit your usage.

They have a flagship espresso blend and another offering available for espresso shots. Without asking I received a pallet cleanser as well. A quad shot ran $4 plus tax/tip. It’s a stylish urban spot with exposed brick. A little tight space wise if you plan to stay a while. They also offer bean subscription delivery. You can check them out on their website and follow them on Instagram. They don’t currently have a FB page… a similar brand in Europe came up, but nothing local.

Furthermore, I am curious as to what the “Project” is within their name, as I could not find anything referencing a “project” on their website. Perhaps some clarification of this within their about me or mission statement would be necessary.

Note: parking is a bit tough with popular restaurants nearby. I had to do several circles to find a spot. I used parking kitty for ease of payment.
