Best T Mobile store I’ve ever been in and I have been with T Mobile for over 20 years. Ask for Lindsey because she is AMAZING! Highly recommend you visit this location for all your cell phone needs.

Went in last night to upgrade a phone as a surprise for my daughter. Ericka Nicole helped me with what I needed, made recommendations, and got me out the door quickly and professionally. I appreciate the customer service I receive at this T-Mobile location. Thanks again!

I have been a customer w/TMobile for 20 years. Today, I received the best customer service ever by Hardeeville,SC store manager Misty. She, most importantly, listened to our concerns regarding inconsistencies regarding a promotion. She then took action to rectify the situation and offered to call us in few days to confirm resolution. Great job, highly recommend her and her staff.

Mr. Travis Penn was amazing! Super knowledgeable about all the devices and different plans and helped me choose the perfect one for my family. His smile is contagious and he truly made my experience wonderful. Definitely give him a visit, he will ease your mind and get you all set up and ready to go!

Travis was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I showed up 30 minutes before closing time and he graciously took as much time as I needed. I walked out of there with my awesome new Google Pixel phone which I'm using to write this review! Good customer service still happens!!!!!

Went into this store needing a new phone while on an out of state work trip. The staff were seriously amazing, very confident, patient, and knew exactly how to get me what I needed and get me on my way. I regret not getting the associates names because the need full recognition for the amazing job they are doing. Tempted to fly back to this store next time I need a new phone.

I can’t express how much I appreciated the wonderful service I received at this branch on Mark D Cummings Rd. From purchasing my new iPhone to getting help to pair it with my car, Travis, Lindsay and JR all were great. Customer service at its best here.

Omg let me tell you all. I went to t-mobile today because my phone died. I am not a tech person and did not back up any information on my phone. well let me tell you between Lindsay and Travis they stayed way past closing time just to be able to figure out how to save all my information on my broken phone to transfer over to my new phone. I highly recommend if you need a new phone ,new tablet or are having issues with your phone , its a no brainer go see them.

I went to T-Mobile because I couldn’t get calls, Amberly worked very hard trying to fix my phone she and Juan worked on my phone for over an hour until they fixed it. They are the type of employee that care about their customers. Thank you Amberly and Juan for doing such a great job.

The service reps Misty, Alex, and Jay, did a wonderful job helping us out setting up my wife's phone.

I can not stress enough how absolutely wonderful the staff here is. Aaron (if I misspelled it sorry!), was fantastic! Such a sweet guy who was able to give A++ customer service! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Long story short...Matthew T. Is the man to go to. Very informational and he didn't struggle with any of my questions..I had plenty. He turned my last few days of uncertainty into proven facts. He helped me get my own account which solved a lot of hardships. Basically he turned my frown around. He gave me hope. Matthew's expertise should be exemplified everywhere within Tmobile.
