Never opened on time, store is very dirty and the cashier's are never helpful. Have them one last chance. Had a sign for Mavericks saying. Almost$6. He refused it and charged me almost $8 and couldn't even give me a bag for everything else I bought. Had to cream everything in my packet to walk home

Rented a uhaul van here. Female clerk took care of 5 customers before us who came in after us AND was sharing pics of new grandchild with the 5th customer while we waited! Tire low on air and right turn signal bulb out. Only redeeming factor that rated 4 stars was given an hour grace period on return of rental.

Decent

Pulled in for my elderly mother to use the restroom. Told us they do not have public restrooms and had to drive down the road to another gas station. It is one thing to not be a clean establishment but a whole entire different scenario when turning down a disable elderly woman saying you don’t have a public restroom. This is a convenient store and there is no way this place doesn’t have a public restroom. So either they are liars or terrible store owners.

Do NOT rent a U-Haul from here! Rented a cargo van, gas gage was on 1/8 when we left. Used it for FIVE miles. Still put gas in and brought the van back with a 1/4 tank. Was charged for an extra 2 gallons of gas, a $30 gas service charge AND was charged for 2 rental days! Literally had the van for 3 hours but charged for 2 days. What or how much the station/owners actually make in the end on U-Haul rentals who knows but definitely some shady people running this Shell. UHaul did take care of us on reimbursement for the extra charges etc so they made it right. The clerks there however acted dumb like they usually do about anything else you ask them. Very shady crew running this place.

It's a SCAM! This gas station's pumps overfill your gas tank so they can take more money from you! The owner knows the pumps do not stop for overfilling. Instead of putting a sign/yellow rubber bag to stop the problematic pumps, he continues to let other people to overfill their cars without any warning and blame the customers not beware the problem. DO NOT FILL YOUR CAR THERE!

Couldnt use a gift card at the pump because the "network was unavailable". Went inside but the line was huge and not moving so i just left. I wont be going back if possible.
