Bechtel Bavarian

This is my updated review of Bechtel Bavarian. First I would like to let others know that I am one of the few original customers that has been coming here since the shop first opened a few years ago. I knew Casey before the shop, he used to part out BMW'S in the same building. I live in NJ and I still bring my car here. Casey and Mark have amazing attention to detail when it comes to repairs, service, and diagnostics. They pride themselves in making sure the job is done right the first time and they are honest hard working people. Casey really understands how to work on BMW's especially the older models. I only trust Bechtel Bavarian for my major service/repair jobs. They have done everything from oil changes to full engine swaps for me, I have a three ring binder full of receipts. I highly recommend Bechtel Bavarian if you are looking for a shop to take care of your pride and joy. Also FYI.... please do not be surprised if you get an unexpected repair quote if your BMW hasn't been serviced regularly/in a long time, you know who you are. These vehicles require regular service = owned 5 bmws so far. Casey isn't cheap but you won't get better specialized service and care for your BMW anywhere else. I always walk away knowing the job was done correctly.

I live in Philadelphia, and have been servicing my 2007 550i at Bechtel Bavarian the better part of 3 years now. Most recently for my driveshaft flex disk, center support bearing, engine/trans mounts, an oil leak coming from the dreaded N62 alternator bracket and state inspection.
Casey and his team are thorough, highly knowledgeable on the endless intricacies of old and new BMW's and above all, fair and honest. Having owned roughly 10 BMW's, I have dealt with many BMW shops over the years and do not make that statement lightly.
If you own a BMW, and are looking for an alternative to the stealership, I can not recommend Bechtel Bavarian enough.

Really enjoyed visiting Bechtel Bavarian LLC. Really respectful people that are so knowledgeable when it comes down to bmws. The stuff you'll see at their shop is freaking cool BMW e30 with a e36 m3 swapped motor, bmw 8 series, an e30 that was converted to a pick up truck!, and a e36 24hrs of lemons race car with a cool clock in the dash board! I would definitely recommend bringing your car for them to work on!

I went to Bechtel for a thorough inspection of a long list of things on my older high mileage car. Casey found numerous problems that other shops missed, or didn't finish properly (like my new battery hadn't been programmed). It's nice to know there's a shop willing to address all my concerns and be communicative with me during the process and afterwards. Having the ability to reach someone (in this case, the owner/ manager) is so important to me, but hasn't been an option elsewhere. Prices are also competitive. I'll be back!

I will no longer take my BMW anywhere else. The work is great, the customer service wonderful and the prices are surprisingly good.

Although Casey might come off a bit standoffish at first sight, he’s a great person to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and WILL go above and beyond to answer every single question or concern you have. The way he runs the business is extremely honest, polite, and respectful. Prices are extremely fair, especially if compared to a dealer. Unfortunately my car had an issue that required some special equipment that Casey didn’t have in store, but even then he went above and beyond and found another shop that would be able to do the job for me. He did not charge me for the labor it took him to diagnose the issue, since he was not able to fix it. And he spent 2 weeks on it. If this isn’t commitment, I don’t know what is. Keep up the good work Casey 💪🏻👍🏻

This is one of the best repair centers I have been for my BMW. They keep you informed through the entire process and complete the work in a quality manner. Highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough about this place. Casey (the service guy) is so professional. He gives you so much information about the work that he is going to do on your car. He is friendly and honest and you get top notch service!!!

Service was quick and efficient. This is the best place to bring your BMW or Mini for any service. I have a Mini :)

Casey and Daine are great helps when it comes to older BMW parts. I got a keyless entry remote for my E30 nearly two years after the original died.

Great Parts, Great customer service, and LOVE the 30 day warranty! Not to mention, great selection. Will definitely be purchasing from Bechtel Bavarian again in the near future.
