I have to pass this plaza on my way to my Airbnb, @NereidasCottage. I was super excited for me and my customers to have a new place to visit. What I found was a clean, sweeeet establishment, great atmosphere and wonderful addition for this area! This was really needed. The owner Ayesha is a sweetheart. They have awesome protein shakes with over 24 g of protein and you can add protein by adding nut butter. I ordered the açai bowl and it was a nice large size with all the delicious toppings and she also has Chia seeds to spike up your omega-3 nutrition. I ended up running into a regular customer that seemed to be a fan of the protein waffles, which I will definitely be trying out next time. Looks like they are trying to establish themselves in the neighborhood as they are having a candle making class. Check out the flyer for the neighborhood event for October breast cancer month. Definitely a must stop when on way to the beach!!

I really enjoy spending time at Sweet Life. The food is amazing, The Customer service is phenomenal. I attended the event for healthy living as it was awesome. We discussed healthy eating with a buffet of food and it was so enriching. I am glad I stumbled onto this jewel. Kudos to the special Owners Ms. Ayesha and Ms. Torhonda.

Amazing place, amazing owners! The tea was refreshing and gave me a boost. The donuts were delicious and filling without sitting heavy and the smoothie was like a dessert! The best part => all my food choices were nutritious, low calorie and the donuts and smoothie contained protein! ... Healthy dessert items that contained protein... Say what?!? Yup!! That's right!! I'm definitely returning!!

I was very satisfied with the service and product. I decided on having a shake that day to put me in good spirits on account of the rain. The shake was flavorful and the staff was very friendly! I recommend visiting this space when you’re in the area.

If you’re looking for a good tasting meal replacement this is your spot to go to. It’s nice knowing that there are new options and varieties popping up on what we put into our bodies. I really enjoyed the peanut butter cookie shake. It filled me up and kept the hunger off for a while. Stop I’m and tell them Daryl the UPS driver sent you.

I'm in town from Nashville! Enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service! I ordered the Cherry Pop Tea very flavorful and refreshing. Will be back soon!

Smoothie was great. The people are friendly and warm. You can tell this is a family business. Everyone is inviting and kind. Highly recommended!

My coworker visited here a week ago and I’ve been thinking about this açaí bowl since then. So I had to check it out for myself. The owner greeted us as soon as we walked in and conversated with us the entire time. The best acai bowl I ever had Will be returning

I frequently travel for work and try to find local cafe-type places when I’m in new towns. This place is super cute! Great shake and protein waffles. The owner was so friendly and clearly cares about her customers. Highly recommend!

Nice shop that offers healthy treats! Had the cherry pop energy tea and it was so good!

I eat from here everyday I have to have me at least two açaí bowls a day. Also the drinks and protein donuts love them.

My manager brung us all açaí bowls from here and let’s just say I drive 30 minutes twice a week just to get a açaí bowl . I took a break from the driving for 2 weeks and tried some local açaí bowls and no one can beat her bowls. The whole place is a vibe. Her energy reflects in her drinks and food. I will continue to drive 30 minutes twice a week for the rest of my LIFE lol.

I am so happy I decided to try this little gem. The acai bowl is unmatched, the best I've had! The energy tea is delicious, I wanna try them all :) Everyone run here now and get some of this healthy goodness. Miss T has it going on and her kind nature, in itself, is soul food. I'll be back!

This is the most elegant establishment I have seen all the shakes are perfect and made customs per person. I love how they take care of all your taste bugs while being healthy I will always come to this establishment anytime I am in Riviera.

The food and drinks at this local shop were fantastic. Everything was freshly made including their homemade healthier protein donuts 🤤. You should definitely visit if you’re in the area.

The owners here are wonderful and their red velvet shake is delicious 😋 I can’t wait to go back again!

This place is amazing, the owner had such a beautiful soul, is full of life and a reminder that you can do anything, everything is an opportunity and she’s thinking of the community and wanting to give back. Wanting to give scholarships and is not getting enough business for the good things to come out of it. Everything is healthy, I myself just tried the tea and was pleased everything authentic and fresh. Please support and tell a friend to tell a friend.
