I went to the Auto Zone store in Riviera as Ford told me that my BMW engine was blown. I met Humberto who was covering in the store for the day and he helped me. He took a look at my car and hooked the computer up and my only issue was needing coolant and a new gas cap. My engine was not blown like Ford had said. Humberto was so helpful and made sure I was all set to make my son’s baseball game on time. Great customer service. You don’t get that kind of customer service these days. I believe his main store he works at is 1261. Managers need to give him a raise.

Jenri and Jose were OUTSTANDING they helped me out so much. And put my windshield wipers on for me. Hassle free and knowledgeable I appreciate them so much!!

Armondo Martinez was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond for me. He politely answered my questions and he has a sense of humor. He has exceptional customer service skills. Joshua A., I believe he is the manager/supervisor, on the other hand acted as if I was bothering him, dismissive and walks around with an angry face, aggressive body language and no customer service skills at all. Every time Mr. Martinez attempted to explain what was going on he over talked him. He asked Mr. Martinez what type of car I had and he told him. Joshua A. then asks me what type of Ford do I drive twice. I had to tell him twice I don’t drive a Ford. My battery died while still under warranty, and instead of replacing it, he instructed staff to recharge it. It took a hour and I waited. The charge lasted a few hours and I had to go back to the store the following day. Mr. Martinez was there again and assisted me again. He had the same positive attitude as the previous day. I forgot the other manager’s name that was there but he was polite as well. Other than the rude Manager, everyone else’s positive attitude made my visit a positive one.

R.J was very polite n sweet this was my second time interacting with him I know he's new n I been there done that but he has very good customer service skills n a nice smile I hope he keeps up the good work n succeed in this company I appreciate his service

Lopez....he assisted me with Great Customer Service...I don't know much about cars and I only needed my wipers changed. He helped me find the correct size, the best brand and he installed them for me...Wonderful service..I will always go back to this location.

I give this location a 5 star rating as a result of Mr. Lopez. He went up and beyond what he had to do as an employee. He helped us and got the job done and for this I can't thank him enough. This is definitely someone you want working at your store and deserves to be recognized. Keep up the good work Mr Lopez, your personality and smile is something a customer really needs sometimes and today was one of those days.

Mario T was amazing he made me laugh through a very frustrating situation. He was multitasking while being very informative. I’ll highly recommend Mario to anyone for help rather it’s with education about your vehicle or help with installation. 100% satisfied customer !

Store manager, Josh A, was great! Walked in needing my battery checked. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, immediately checked my battery and diagnosed it as bad. He had the correct replacement battery in stock and offered to even change out the battery free of charge! It started raining while he was changing it out and he still didn’t stop. I was in and out in under 10mins! Thank you Josh! 5 star service.

Jon S. helped me test my battery and after finding out it was dead he helped us find the right battery and even installed it for us! Very personable, kind, and amazing customer service! Best guy there! Thank you so much for the assistance 😊
