They're available 24/7, neither UBER nor LYFT made themselves available at any moment I needed them

Only charged 70 to Crookston, first taxi listed on google wanted a lot more. My driver was very nice and pleasant to talk to.

Everytime I get a ride the driver is very friendly. It's a bummer you have to schedule a ride early and sometimes the previous night. But that's understandable since there are lots of callers. ,Whoever answers the phone is patience and willing to accommodate for situations. Since my wife had troubles speaking and getting things through. Yet they listen and patiently wait for clarification. Reasonable prices and sometimes cheaper than Lyft and Uber depending where you going.

I was hesitant at first because of the other reviews I have seen. But I was very much surprised at the nice service I got. I called and said a taxi would be there right away. It came in in 5 minutes. Driver was friendly, funny and kept a good conversation.

I called them ( Grand Forks Taxi & Nodak Cab ) asked them if I can get an Airport Pickup arrangement for a first time guest coming to Grand Forks. They set everything up smoothly, then a Taxi was on time for PickUp.
BTW, I was in another state.

The drivers are kind and don’t take any unnecessary roads this cab is quick and always calls back.

I have used this service a lot of times and i have always been satisfied with the service i have got from them..i have had no trouble with the drivers i have had they have had good attitude all the way around and get u to point A to point B the fastes they can...keep up the great work cab drivers cuz i know i couldnt deal with it 😄

The drivers are good people to talk to. They know the city very well. Sometimes you have to wait a while but it's worth it.

They get busy like any taxi service, yet still maintain professionalism and try their best to deliver excellent service.
