Great hotel. The rooms have always been very clean and the hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is a no brainer if you’re in the East Grand Forks area. The breakfast is great with lots of options.

The Room was very clean and and well appointed. The Commons areas are very nice. Breakfast was very good with multiple options available.

The location is a bit secluded (off the beaten path), but that contributes to the peace and quiet. Still close enough to everything. It's a double edged sword.

I stay here long term as a truck driver and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I have decided to stay on longer at the job than I had intended because I get such a great sleep here and the coffee is available 24/7. The wifi is great unlike many hotels and I also take online college classes. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. The staff is wonderful.

Great place to stay and you can do it all with a digital key on your phone! Close to the river and excellent places to eat.

I have a gluten allergy and Megan, the staff in the breakfast area, was super helpful. She got the ingredient list out and made sure the food was safe for me. Thanks Megan!

We had a very comfortable stay here; the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. There was a swimming pool and a gym and the staff was excellent. Joseph was very accommodating, very sweet, always smiling and hard-working and was a delight to deal with.
The hotel is 1.5 miles away from downtown Grand Forks but it’s nice and quiet. We cycled 10 minutes into town but it would take about 20 minutes to walk. Cute little town with some great bars!

Very clean and nice hotel. Looked like they had a nice pool area, but I did not go into it. Our room looked nice and updated and the water pressure in the shower was great. Good comfortable experience.

Spacious king room with sofa bed. Lots of outlets. Clean and comfortable. Quick checking and quite a few breakfast options.

I stayed three nights at the Fairfield Inn and was very impressed by how well equipped the room was, how clean it was. The fitness room, pool, and breakfast bar all added up to a great stay. The staff was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Very clean. Large rooms. Beautiful bathrooms with large walk in shower. All employees from desk clerk to cleaning people were very pleasant and helpfull. Good breakfast with large variety of foods. Best of all it had the lowest nightly cost we have encountered in our travels.

On check-in Fairfield employee Joseph Sproul very courteously and efficiently answered my questions and concerns. He was able to give my wife and I a room upgrade, which we very much appreciated. The hotel itself is about two years old and is well kept up. All in all, a very nice hotel. I can highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel! I love everything about it. Wonderful customer service, quiet, extremely clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, good location and easy access to Grand Forks, ND and after a busy day you look forward to returning to your room to relax. Wonderful property.

Second time we stayed here and we loved it. Reserved a two queen beds room for one night. Room was clean and well decorated. Reasonable rates, too. Breakfast was good.

Wow! Brand new and like a spring morning with the atmosphere when you walk in. An excellent staff that is Cherrie and willing to take the extra steps to make your stay perfect. Hot breakfast that has many choices, rooms are super and location makes it convenient. In my book the best place to stay in town!

This is a very nice hotel. We travel a lot and this one is a gem .It's new and stylish. The breakfast is very good. They were very accommodating of my disability. We will be staying here anytime we visit Grand Forks.

Nice hotel off the beaten path. Is on the city limits but is very quite. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable.
