Panera Bread

I have always had a great experience at this location. The food is fresh and tasty, and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very warm and inviting! I highly recommend if you're in the area! I only wish they had a drive thru!

Service was a lil slow, but overall not worth complaining. Was the best Ceasar salad I've had in a long time

Went to grab a bite with my wife. Food was excellent and hit the spot like always. The cashier was a young gentleman (I believe he said his name was Sky) who clearly grew up with top tier manners and politeness. He was so extremely kind and warm to talk to & didn’t even hesitate to offer help when I fumbled with a few items. He made the experience go from 5 stars to 6. Would definitely recommend.

The seven hills Panera bread is my favorite location,
of those in my area. It is clean, excellent service, friendly staff, and they don't have kiosks for placing your order (which are NOT user-friendly). The Independence Ohio Panera bread can benefit from adapting the best practices of this location.

I feel so sorry for the workers at this place. While enjoying my napa sandwich, that was very delicious in fact, I couldn’t help but be distracted by a woman on the phone complaining about her mac and cheese. I was bewildered at her foul language used with the innocent workers and heinous insults thrown at the staff over a supposed 11$ mac and cheese. I pray for these men and women after enduring the ignorant and abusive language used against this staff. Totally and immature!

I love the employees at this location! They are on top of their game here- the food is hot & great, I have their attention as soon as I walk in the door and the service is fast. My last order was a hot bowl of broc & ched soup with a steamy baguette on a cold, rainy day and it hit the spot!

I really enjoy coming to the Seven Hills Panera on Broadview Road. Warm and cozy, especially in the winter when the fireplace is going. Being a chain, people might skip it, but I've noticed that the quality at Panera is pretty consistent, even for the locations I've been to out of state. The Seven Hills Panera is always clean, staff friendly, and fresh coffee always available. Their coffee and desserts are really just as good, if not better, than Starbucks, plus you get coffee refills for dine in. Can't beat that. They generally have three blends to choose from. Broccoli cheddar soup is addicting, and the Frontega Chicken sandwich is my go-to. Sign up for the rewards program, you get a free coffee, pastry, or a few dollars off a Pick-Two for so many visits.

Add on: I see a lot of reviews mention Panera is so expensive. It isnt cheap, but in my experience, the quality is good. You'll spend close to $10 for a combo at McDonald's or Arby's, and that's garbage food. Sign up for the rewards and take advantage of those specials. Lunch yesterday (I posted a photo) cost me $8. I got a small coffee (dine-in refills), 1/2 Frontega chicken sandwich, cup of broccoli cheddar soup, and a chocolate croissant. Yes, all for $8. They offered rewards members $5 off pick two every Monday in February. If you purchase a drink, pastry is $1.49. Meal was excellent and a tremendous value for $8.

Joe the shift manager is a very nice guy. He would come every now and then to check on your order, clear plates and smiles at you on your way out.
I can be at any Panera since they all serve the same thing but I would love to comeback to Seven Hills Panera to be met and greeted by Joe!!!

Ordered a two Steak & White Cheddar Sandwiches 20 minutes before closing and that was the best steak & cheddar sandwiches we ever try in all Panera’s. Good job

It's my favorite place to have breakfast, in a healthy way.
