I’m surprised their rating is so low because not only have they been the fastest and most efficient post office out of three if I have recently visited, everyone is very nice and professional. If anything, I give them five stars because when a 30-year-old came in throughly confused on why the Postal Worker couldn’t just scan their QR code for the address and proceeded to calmly explain about the To and From boxes, the Postal Worker had not hint of condescension/disbelief/annoyance in their voice. I wouldn’t have been able to to the same in her situation.

Hugh shoutout to Ms. Cathy, lovely customer service from the minute I stepped in. In addition she helped me reorganise my package and save some money. 5 star service.

Lady and front desk is super helpful and a joy to talk to.

this place NEVER answers their phone and i have been calling all day today. horrible and sad. no wonder this place only has a one star rating.

What’s the point of amazon prime if it still delivers late and the main hub to pick up items opens up late and closes early in the afternoon so trash worst P.O. Box iv ever had I need find somewhere off base cuz this ain’t it and the workers rude for no reason also closed during the most convenient time like the weekends so no package for you until Monday… or Tuesday..

The woman at the front desk is incredibly rude, and we won't even talk about how she can't speak English.
I went in there to mail a package and the look on her face was like I threw mud on her white shoes. How DARE I mail a package right!!
Saturday I received a failure to deliver notice saying I was not there to provide a signature....I literally NEVER left my house on Saturday. Like never. Its not checked saying that it needs to be re-delivered or if I have to go pick it up. And of course even though I've been calling for an hour, no one wants to answer the phone.

While on deployment my friend closed the mailbox and couldn’t get ahold of me. Due to being on deployment. Instead of holding my mail the mail person returned all my mail back to the sender. Didn’t receive my birthday card from ny grandpa or any other mail. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

So, you're telling me that this post office is going to be closed on a Saturday which is the most inconvenient time? Yes, so if you order something on thursday and it gets here Friday evening, have fun waiting until Monday. Oh, and you're also going to tell me that it is expensive to get a po box big enough for your packages? Cool.

Needed to change my address. I tried calling them, no answer. I went in there one last time to close out my box and personally change my address make sure it got done properly. But heaven forbid they know how to speak English. It's been 2 weeks and I am still receiving mail at an address that is no longer valid. Literally the worst customer service in the world. You're better off sending mail by pony express with a horse than using these idiots.

Lost a care package sent to me by family and friends that cost almost 200$, lady at the front was rude and didn’t know any information about where the package was.

DO NOT SHIP HERE! The lady that is always at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. She is not helpful at all and always has something negative to say. Heaven forbid you show up 20 mins before closing, she will rip you a new one. Avoid her unless you want her negative attitude to ruin your day.

Half the mail sent to my sailor gets delivered, half gets returned or delivered - MONTHS later. First was a Halloween gift they insisted was never received though tracking said it was, he got in January. Latest is New Years greeting sent mid-December returned February 4. Several family members have stopped sending cards and letters because they keep being returned. Pathetic.

Horrible post man. Have a postman that refuses to deliver packages, can only assume it's due to laziness to get out and do all aspects of his job. Just saw him zip up to my mail box deliver mail and leave a pre filled out we missed you card saying I have two packages I can pick up at the office. Even though neither package requires a signature, not that he'd know as I watched him drive on by. Never had this issue in Bremerton.

Worst Post Office I've ever dealt. Post office is closed on Saturday. Twice I've seen the delivery person drop a pre filled out unable to deliver card in my mailbox. Didn't even attempt to deliver yo my house. Unbelievably lazy.

This post office has the worst hours, never delivers items on time, loses packages, etc. The lady's who work here can be helpful when they feel like it.
