Staff was awesome. A lady came in before me with a complaint about where the merchandise was made. The salespeople handled her complaint professionally and politely...even though she got outwardly upset and it was something completely out of their control. They impressed me with their positive attitude despite her negativity. I love this store and the deals I find, but it was the staff that made an impression on me this visit.

Excellent customer service! Tina was very helpful in making sure that I purchased and received the item that I needed to match my daughter's backpack. She was also very helpful in returning misplaced items that were left behind at the store.

This location is great, very friendly staff and loved how quickly the team was able to help me find what I was looking for. To top it off, I mentioned I was doing a 17 mile walk for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to honor my cousin who committed suicide and help raise awareness on mental health and suicide...these ladies did not allow me to pay for the backpack! It was so kind and generous of them to gift me this bag for the walk, and they sincerely wanted to know more about the walk and cause, which is why I'm doing this, to share and spread awareness.
