We were luggage shopping and happened in on Wed. April 24th, late afternoon. The only reason I put the date is for the 'powers that be' to know who was woking. A very nice African American lady, from NJ. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. If I need any more luggage I will definitely go back. I apologize that I did not get her name.

I truly liked the store. The sales associate that was on the floor was helpful. I originally was going to buy a peice of luggage and when we questioned her about the quality she was honest that the price I picked out was not top of the line, which was a brave move, because I could have walked out then. I asked her about her best and she showed me the Travelpro series. I ended up with 2 peices of luggage that have lifetime warranties on them.

Great prices and make sure to check the sale area for better deals l. I let the salesperson know exactly what I was looking for and he got us the best price for a great piece
