Moose is an absolute beast. he demonstrated so much kindness and patience to educate and help us navigate through options of equipment that we knew nothing about. he went out of his way to help us for extended periods of time and was very knowledgable. give this man a raise 👍🏾

Just bought a really nice guitar from here. Really well stocked place, everything is clean and the staff were really nice even though they were a little slammed! The instrument I got had been returned so it was ‘new’ but had a small scuff on it. They worked with me a bit how they could and made things right. I will definitely be returning.

Just left and feel the need to leave this review. Johnny the tech was super helpful and so nice. We got two guitars stringed by him and he walked us through how to properly string guitars. He also gave us tips on maintaining acoustics. Make him tech of the month!!

My brother and I brought his guitar in to get restrung. It had been sitting in our basement for a while and had gathered dirt and dust. Anthony who was working took this on with a smile because another gentleman working said he had just got a whole new cleaning kit so he took off each piece and cleaned it up and strung it perfectly. My brother and I were so impressed with his before and after guitar work. Thank you so much Anthony !!!!!

Went to guitar center to get info on a type of guitar and what would be best for me as I am a beginner . I was greeted and helped by Mike who answered all questions and made me feel at ease in my new music journey.

Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable! They gave beautiful guitars new and used for sale! Great selection! Also they offer guitar lessons!

This is my toy store and where I take guitar lessons (Frank is the best). And Anthony & John are great for setting up my instruments for easy play.

This is a review for their repair tech Anthony Sabino. This guy does some of the best work ive seen. From carving nuts to basic set ups and wiring. He has done multiple guitars for me now and every single one has been amazing. Cant recommend highly enough. He set this gal up for me and she plays like a dream.

Great location, found everything I needed, staff are very knowledgeable, excellent customer service.

I was helped by Mike, who was super helpful explaining different features of the mixer.

Overall I had very good experience and I use Guitar 🎸 Center in other cities also and they are generally pretty good.

I definitely recommend this location while traveling in Old Bridge / New Brunswick, NJ

I was in the store today 2/13/21 to check out some speakers I saw on sale for Presidents’ Day. I was greeted by Brett who asked if I needed anything and said hi to my friend Rhys (Reese) who has been traveling with me when I got shopping. With all the craziness of COVID taking my furry friend with me who sits on my shoulder the whole time and is the most friendly kitty. After she got her pets we checked out some used gear and headed to Pro Audio. I was greeted by Daniel who helped me select the best speakers in my price range and options I was looking for. Even while running around helping multiple customers at the same time he never made me feel I was waiting as he kept checking on me and letting me know he would have them shortly from the back. After I paid Daniel help me load up my car. Amazing customer service as always and all the employees always make me feel welcome.

I purchased two JBLs from this Guitar Center. Faith, you are amazing. This young lady was sooooo helpful, knowledgeable of her job, and sold to me the perfect speakers for my studio. This Guitar Center is my new home. Again, A BIGGGG thank you to Faith. Keep up the great work. I be back real soon...
