Starbucks

Very consistent flavor. Not watered down. Even thought they are very busy. The drinks I order are always good. The baristas there are always very nice and very pleasant. They never take out their bad day on others. That's how it should be. They are very professional. Can even get a pup cup here!

I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, “I was so pleased with the service I received from a young gentleman I believe named Marwan. He went up and beyond to help me pick a drink and even took the time to go into details of what was in the drink even on such a busy day I was truly blessed that he took his time and helped me.

Favorite Starbucks store in the world… and yes I travel a lot and visit Starbucks where available. Great staff, fast service and great quality of food. They remember you and super nice. I’ve been going for over 6 years.

I am a regular here and the staff does well to make sure that customers are taken care of despite the amount of people they handle. The other day some guy went off the on the baristas unprompted.They did their best to handle the situation and deescalate but he did not let up. I guess some people cant be helped. Anyways I wish the best to them and they will keep my service

I frequent to this Starbucks and the other day while I was waiting for my drinks to be done, I witnessed a harassment from one of the customers. This man almost chewed out the woman employee behind the counter, making derogatory comments and raising his voice. I never heard the barista raise her voice even once but rather even acknowledged his presence with a polite and calm demeanor. The other employee had to step in because this man was really erratic and becoming a threat to the safety and well-being of the staff. If large establishments like Starbucks prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers, incidents like harassment can be swiftly addressed and prevented.

Overall, I love the barista’s that work here cause they are always accommodating and friendly compared to the other ones I've been to.

I love the interior, it is spacious yet cozy. It has a good work atmosphere. There is a sitting area for groups of people/friends but also good spots for a single person if you went alone. I like regular black coffee so simple americano best fits my taste but if you are in for something sweet they have really good pumpkin spiced late.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Despite the innumerable crass customers, the baristas as always so kind and helpful.

I come here most mornings for breakfast before work. I order ahead and my food and coffee is always ready before the estimated pickup time. The staff is always so sweet and cheerful. This Starbucks is always accommodating and helpful no matter how busy it may be. Will always come to this Starbucks rather than the one by Shoprite.

Employees here are great, but I must say I have a favorite Marwan. He is always so nice and caring always gets my order perfect. Never a bad thing to say and always smiling and willing to be helpful. He takes the time to ask about my family even when he's busy making drinks. He is an asset for the store.

I'm a gardener and I use used coffee grounds to make compost. I called early in the morning asking if they can save me their used coffee grounds and they said they're happy to do so. When I went to pick up, none were saved. Apparently there was some miscommunication. But the people working there were super super nice and still got me two big bags of whatever they have at that time. Just remember to go during less busy hours.

Whoever the manager is, is doing a great job, and so are the employees! The young Spanish girl in drive-thru is awesome. My order was perfect and she had a great attitude to boot! Exactly how I would work and run my business. Keep up the great work guys; this will be my new go-to location, as the one on rt.9 has consistently been messing up my orders and also having attitude.

The manager here is a sweetheart and is really concerned about doing her customers right. I'm ashamed to say I don't know her name but she greets me by name every morning and I never told it to her. She just learned it off the label among the probably 400 customers they see before 10am. She's got purple hair. Can't miss her. She's great and I've seen her deal with a lot of shi....stuff.

Friendly service and nice place to hangout

Easy and quick drive-thru experience during morning hours although they're usually busy later in the afternoon for anyone that goes there later in the day. Wait time can take a while but that's what happens when you have customers ordering a drink with 30 different requests :)

My favorite Starbucks. Yeah your gonna wait a bit in line, but the drinks and food are always consistent. There's another Starbucks down the road, completely different experience.

I have been to this location at least 30 times... the customer service is awesome here. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. Very clean, everyone with masks. My go to spot.

There is not a bad thing to say about this establishment. The workers are amazing, if I named one I would feel guilty not knowing every one of their names. A-1 service drinks are always correct and wonderful. Great job being professionals in an extremely difficult world. The covid19 guidelines are just another thing you guys handled perfect...so happy to be a customer here

Pretty good Starbuck's. The drive thru is always crowded, but if you go inside, they can usually get you in and out pretty quickly

A good size Starbucks has lots of tables and chairs. I like they have two separate bathrooms.
