Amazing experience. I had a hardware failure, and PCW was able to recover all my files in just 1 day. Customer service is also excellent, kept me updated with each step by step process, and their prices are great as well. I can’t thank PCW computer enough!!

I have to say I had a good experience. I took an older laptop in for keyboard repair and they gave me a new keyboard for $80, including labor. I didn't want to have to buy a new laptop just for sticky keys, so this repair saved me a ton of money. They took 5 days which is very reasonable. I would use them again.

I manage over 200 iPads for the company I work for and I'm bringing in at least one of months to be repaired. I've tried many other places but this place is the best. It's managed properly, communicates well with my team and the cost is always reasonable

They did an OUTSTANDING job with my computer. They helped me look for files I'd erased and they later repaired my computer when the screen got cracked. The last time I brought my computer in to be looked at they ran scans and determined I didn't need to fix my hardware but that it was a software issue -- and they did all of this free of charge! I couldn't recommend them more highly. Especially Omar, the manager, he really knows his computers!

My laptop wouldn't work. Was working near this location and I brought it in by the afternoon I got a call back with the issue and cost and that evening had my laptop back and working. Great service

PCW Computer is a great place to bring your electronics to for repair or maintenance. I had brought my printer in for service, it was on the older side and it didn't pay to fix it, considering how much printers are priced these days. They suggested where I could go to find a similar printer at the cheapest price.

Whenever I'm in need of services for my laptop or desktop this store is guaranteed to have what your looking for or answers to your problems. I recently needed a new power supply to my laptop and they had the product at a fair price. Worked beautiful with my Dell.

PCW in Milford on the Boston Post Rd is very good. Helpful and honest, they have never overcharged me. My Moms MAC fix turned out to be operator error, so they didn’t even charge us the diagnosis fee.

Excellent Facility! Santos did a beautiful job repairing an Apple MacBook that I honestly didn't think would be repairable. It came out perfectly and has been working flawlessly ever since! Great Job Guys! Customer satisfaction is Santos's number One goal and that he has done gracefully, and with an expertise that one rarely sees in this business climate today! Kudos to you Santos!!

Had my ps3 fixed there a year ago and still working great! The staff was polite and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to many for pc repair. I sell computers and I feel like a lot of the reviews on here that are bad are because people are always really mad when there computer breaks.

Great service. They fixed my PC. They work having a fix rate of $30 for diagnosis. If you decide to fix it it will be used as repair fee. Great service. Exactly as described.

My Dell XPS wasn't turning on. I brought the computer into PCW at 11:20AM. Within 45 mins, I got a call back that my computer was fixed (needed new power supply) and that they cleaned out all the debris and dust built-up.

I have been using PCW for at least 10 years. They built a desktop for me and have made many modifications to it and family machines as well. PCW is competent, reliable and reasonably priced. I am a very satisfied customer.

Quick response to phone, kind staff thay explain details on repairs, fair pricing for quick repairs been going to them for years when i cant fix whats broken i bring it to them

Been using PCW for more than 20 years. It has improved tremendously since Omar took over. Been to the others, won't go back. Orange is my first choice.
