My dog had been coming to PetSmart all her life. First she came for obedience classes and then started coming for grooming. She absolutely loves everyone there. I like the friendliness of the staff and the great prices.

Mark and Hector have great customer service! Thank you both for helping me get my new aquarium in my sedan. I was not expecting to actually purchase it today, but I have wanted a new one for a few years and couldn’t pass up a good deal. I hope you guys see this and know how appreciative I am of yalls professionalism, dedication, and kindness. The other employees were helpful and kind as well, but I didn’t interact with them as much so I didn’t catch their names. I always have great service at the location by Lowes, that’s why I keep going there.

With cold weather coming, I needed a sweater for my dog. Not alot of selection but found what I wanted. Picked a chew toy and a couple treats also. Reasonable pricing, ok service

very helpful staff who will personally show you where something is rather than just tell you the aisle number. I got there maybe 10 mins before they were closing and they didn't seem irritated and gave my husband and I their full attention to our pets issue and was very helpful asking question about our situation to address our needs and budget. thanks guys keep up the good work!

My son and his dog love shopping together. PetSmart has a good selection on products and occasionally puts Science Diet on sale. I love the variety of dog and cat foods that are nutritionally taylored to my animals needs.

The customer service that I have received at this Pet Smart has been nothing less than stellar. That is the reason that I drive on I 35 to go there. FYI I-35 is an extremely busy freeway 24/7

My dog needed his nails trimmed I called if they had time the girl said yes. Told her we'd be there in 10 minutes. They took him right away took less than 6 minutes and he was ready to be picked up. They're friendly and careful with him he's a chihuahua. I bring him in whenever he needs nail trimming. Great job!!

From the newest associate to the store manager Hector everyone spoke and was extremely friendly to me and my fur babies and very helpful. The groomers in training did a superb job grooming my babies, they were attentive to their needs, very affectionate with them and treated them like their own pets. Phil, the instructor even helped me find a new dog food that I feel extremely confident about! Tim, in grooming helped shed some possible DNA light on my rescue Ralphie who I’ve been told was mostly Boston Terrier but instead Tim believes is Sky Terrier? We’ll see after a doggy DNA. I love him if he’s part Martian lol. Thank you to everyone we rubbed cold wet noses with today!!!! We will see you all again very soon…until then be well, stay safe and woof woof

I forgot what I was doing on my phone when I walked in, I pretty much was glued to the screen except for when I went to look at the snakes and other critters. We needed turtle food and they had a great variety so that's a plus, but I think we should acknowledge the fact that Petsmart really about the pets, I've never bought myself anything from there, maybe you have, but I've never seen a sad dog in this particular store, and I've shopped for my pet supplies there my whole adult life, even have a key tag for points and stuff. But I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for pet supplies.

Other than the expected little bit higher pet store price for things, overall the store is really nice and has a nice selection of items, frequently you can find good deals and most everything.
When you're buying pet supplies, it is advised to go through their website and get a subscription because that brings the prices on most things down to a more reasonable price.
Always recommend bringing the dogs when looking for things for them, just keep an eye on them and make sure that they don't try to get the expensive items that you don't want to buy at the time.
We discovered they do have plenty of cleanup stations, we walked in the door with one of our dogs and the first thing he did was leave a puddle.

We buy stuff here frequently so I see no reason not to recommend them as a great resource for all your pet supplies.
