Dr. Patel and staff were wonderful! My 4 year old daughter was very nervous and the whole staff showed patience with her as she was being very uncooperative at first. When Dr. Patel came in he was very comforting and calmed her down. He explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend him and his office.

I have no words to describe how wonderful our first appointment with Dr. Patel was. He was thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and excellent at communicating everything with us. We loved that throughout the whole echocardiogram, he showed us what he was seeing on the screen & talked us through what it meant. We loved all the staff we came in contact with. We left knowing we were in good hands.

My daughter and I went to see Dr. Patel at his new Schertz location. First the location is absolutely beautiful and right down the street from me. His staff is very friendly and very on top of it when it comes to making sure their patients know the time and date of their appointment, to remind them, and overall very friendly and kind staff. As a nurse administrator I pay attention to detail when it comes to healthcare. Dr. Patel in my opinion is hands-down the best cardiologist I have ever met. He is very thorough and explained everything in detail and I appreciated the fact that he talk to me like a medical professional and I understood everything that he discussed. My two-month-old newborn really liked him too because he would sing with her while he did her echo and was so kind and loving, I can tell he is a great father at home! I am very glad that I chose to listen to my colleagues and go with Dr. Patel! He helped my mind at ease knowing that my daughter is going to do great under his care! Thank you Dr. Patel for taking such good care of my precious baby!

My daughter was seen by Dr. Patel yesterday in his Schertz office. He was absolutely amazing!! I was so nervous and worried about how I was going to keep a two year old occupied during her echo but he was so calm and gentle with her that we didn’t have any problems! He explained everything he was doing and seeing in great detail. His staff was also great, patient and had us in the room as soon as we walked in. So happy our pediatrician referred us here!

Dr. Patel was nothing short of fantastic! We took our 15 year old daughter to him and our experience was great. He was very thorough and explained everything not just to us as her parents but to her also. He related things to basketball which is something she loves so it was easy to understand everything he was telling us!! I was mostly impressed that keeping her modest through the entire appointment was one of the most important things to him. It made her feel more comfortable which in turn made us feel that way too. Thankfully our appointment resulted in good information that shouldn't have any affects on her. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were very impressed with Dr. Patel and his team. The staff was professional and warm. Dr. Patel was very thorough and went through my son’s medical history and the exam explaining everything clearly and patiently. He took his time with us, not rushing, and making sure all our questions were answered. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. Patel and the Alamo team!

We LOVE Dr.Patel! He is so kind and knowledgeable I wish he could be our regular pediatrician. He is easy to talk to and explains everything to you as he's examining your child. He's great with kids and parents alike.

Amazing experience today with Dr. Patel. I was impressed from the first time when I made the appointment and spoke to Megan. The appointment today was great. Dr. Patel takes the time to explain everything and doesn't rush you through the appointment and makes sure your concerns are addressed. Fantastic.

Dr. Patel is hands down the best fetal/pediatric cardiologist in south Texas. He is well researched, extremely thorough, and best of all- a people's person. My daughter's journey into this world is nothing short of a miracle. Early on in the pregnancy she scared my wife and I after finding out she had some fetal anomalies, one effecting her heart. Dr. Patel helped us understand what was going on and walked us through the rest of the pregnancy. He was attentive and genuine the entire time and he was even there immediately after the delivery to make sure things were okay with her. We couldn't have been blessed with a better Doctor. Even after moving cities away, we will always take the drive for him to continue to be her cardiologist.

Incredible experience. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Patel is absolutely incredible. He made sure our child was comfortable and that we understood everything he was explaining.

Dr Patel saved my daughter at 11 months old!! My Baylee had Pulmonary valve stenosis. We are forever grateful and think of dr Patel as one of our heroes!! Best cardiologist Ever❤
