Best adult decision and purchase my husband and I have made to date!!! Our salesman, David, was not only knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, but was super attentive to our needs and an excellent communicator!! We are absolutely in love with our new sectional, and will be sure to return for future furniture needs!!!!!

I came here today and I fell in Love with the store , They have AMAZING products and the customer service was great . And they were able to assist . Make sure to ask for Kevin , not only was he polite , understanding and realistic but he was able to work with me I'll be back thank you guys soo much again :)

I HIGHLY recommend going to furniture world. Where else can you get cute, comfortable furniture at an affordable price?! David helped me. He was extremely accommodating and he had great customer service skills. I shopped previously at the Greensboro location and I can truly say that this company in BOTH locations comes highly recommended. How many places have you heard that gives you a package deal, then gives away a FREE trip on top of that, and to top ALL of that off they also give a free rug/carpet with select offers. What in the world?!!! HUNNY you just can’t beat it.

I have been to numerous furniture places but none quite like this one. They have an excellent selection. The gentlemen Devon was the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered. His customer service was not only excellent but so refreshing. More salesman can take a page out of his book.

I went in with my mom to find a new living room set and Kevin hooked us up! With a smile on his face and great customer service, He made sure to ask us questions about specifically what we were looking for so that we left satisfied with our decision. Great store with a good selection 👌

I really like this furniture store The salesperson was so helpful and making sure I got the very best price for the furniture and entertainment center that I wanted It was actually delivered 3 weeks sooner than we originally thought The installation and delivery man Kevin was just fantastic he made sure everything was right. I certainly would go there again to buy more furniture.

I just recently received a couch from here and I love it. Nothing came damaged or broken it was just what I expected. I also ordered a bed from here last year and it is still in good condition along with the dressers that came with it.
