This location is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are always very friendly and polite. Just double check your food before leaving bc they like to forget the bacon lol

Drive thru was fast. All together I think I was in line less than 5 mins. That's why I always go there..

I visited we were in and out service was prompt clean and efficient

It starts... The season of all the season... The one thing that you've been waiting for all year! I came I saw I conquered! Since I ate 41 McRibs last season, I think I'm all McRibbed out! I remember my first one. I was in North Carolina with my Aunt..She took me to Mikey D's and I was hooked from that moment on... I should be a brand ambassador! Yall Tag McDonald's! 😁

What a way to start the day, just going in for a decaf coffee and the young gentleman at the register was such a joy. He had friendly disposition accompanied by a nice joke that was great for a morning chuckle. It was just good to run into a person at the checkout that didn't have their earbud in or was not looking down at their cell phone text message while speaking to you. He genuinely acknowledged my presence, the couple behind echoed my sentiments after their encounter. It was most refreshing to have someone to actually address you and engage you while you're a customer. Sooo kudos to that young man, I didn't get his name I wish I had; but McDonald's keep him, please.

The wait time is to long, taking your order, paying for it and getting your food. One day I try the app order it still took the same amount of time. But getting free items on the app daily makes the time worth it, so it's all good 👍

The workers at this McDonald's are great. I always feel welcome here. They speak to you and don't just take your money!! Thanks for yalls awesome customer service!!

They take too long to take your order and make your order and when you get your order it is incorrect. I waited in line at the drive-thru 20 minutes before being able to place my order with 3 cars ahead of me. I went to the other one on North Rd. And it was the same scenario.

Typically I don't go inside but this particular day I had my grandson with me so I did. It was very busy and I felt like we would be in line for a while. A young lady greeting me at the kiosk and asked it I need assistance placing my order, but I didn't. My grandson didn't even get finished playing in his first game and they had his food at the table. It took less than five minutes for them to deliver the food to us. I was very impressed father fast and friendly service. Thank you!

I must say I was very pleased today I was in such a hurry I got out of there so fast the food was fresh and hot I had the surf and turf it was delicious that’s to a friendly staff especially the manager!

Standard McDonald’s experience. This location has 3 windows and a double drive thru. The young staff members were friendly and efficient.

I am not a big fan of McDonald's in general. But I must say this is the nicest, cleanest, most professional McDonald's I have ever stopped at. They give you a number sign to sit at your table and bring the food to you. There are two lanes for the drive-thru. There is electronic ordering stands inside. Much cleaner than most McDonalds. There was even someone with Q-tips cleaning the cracks and crevices around the self-serve machines and lids for your cups. I was impressed,

Great food. Kind of funny when manager came and post up when I wifi changed AC settings by the drinks. Seem like he was mad. AC Toshiba wifi. Ticket 251 by orange ball mall location

Smoothie machine not working is what we were told. This was the case when I visited this location previously for breakfast. Disappointing since all I wanted was the smoothie.
