Such wonderful ladies working the front desk! I can’t say thank you enough to them for putting my lunchbox in their freezer so I didn’t lose a weeks supply of breast milk for my baby. Traveling for the holidays is chaos, I can’t imagine what it’s like working them. But they were such angels. Thank you so much!!!

I spent Valentine's night and the country inn and suites room are super clean bathroom made me felt like I was on a cruise ship wonderful experience can't wait to go back and I want give praise to Mrs Dixon the receptionist her customer service skills was like a warm welcome to a brand new day

I want to thank the front desk ladies at Country Inn & Suites in Orangeburg who were so hospitable and accommodating. Our stay  was comfortable as expected. However what made our experience remarkable was that our car broke down on the highway during our vacation trip. We booked two rooms at Country Inn and the next day had to wait hours for the car to be fixed. The front staff not only let us stay in the lobby (till 5pm) beyond our check out time but during the longs hours of waiting had several times offered to get us some refreshments and snacks. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Be sure to go through the hotel directly (no Priceline/3rd party) as you will get a friendlier, more helpful staff and better pricing. The reservation personnel even contacted the front desk to verify a first floor room was available before reserving. Check-in was easy, pleasant, and the woman was genuinely friendly and happy to help me. I have a service dog and my room was clean, and had no odor. The buffet breakfast was hot and stocked well with many choices. I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay on 2/4/2023.

Hotel was very clean,front desk clerks very pleasant. Had fresh lemonade when we checked in. Nice full breakfast every morning. EV charging station was basically across the street. Definitely staying here next time I'm in town.

Our stay was lovely. Front desk gal (Wanda?) at check in was very kind & sweet. Gave us great advice on an excellent pizza place. We’ve been traveling & needed to do laundry and the laundry area was fine and efficient. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. Gal at breakfast was also kind and sweet. If we were ever back in this area we’d stay again.

The staff at Country Inn Orangeburg was the best! We were stranded for 4 nights with an RV breakdown and two dogs on a weekend they were booked due to an ALS bicycling fundraiser. "We got your back" Somehow, someway they made it all work out with grace, kindness and empathy. Bless you all! Dave, Kim, Harley & Lexi.

Overall, very satisfied with my stay at Country Inn & Suites. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful and my room was pretty clean. I loved the cozy factor of the room - warm lighting and sheer curtains on the windows. There was plenty of well-lit walking space for Fido, which is greatly appreciated. Plenty of food options within walking distance, and a couple of gas stations and convenience stores as well. All the makings for a perfect overnight stay on my way to Florida!

My wife and I broke down and got towed into Orangeburg late last night and the staff were great. The room is probably the cleanest one I've ever been in. Today when I started to walk to the garage where I dropped off my van last night it was raining a little and the Lady behind the desk would not let me walk she gave me a ride. These are the types of helpful things that that really makes me feel good. Plus the breakfast 🥞🍳 was great. I will definitely stay here again.

I checked in on the evening of December 2nd and had the most pleasant experience. Chantelle was super friendly and accommodating the room was well stocked and clean the location was fantastic we were able to walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner and when it came time for breakfast the breakfast room was clean well stocked and delicious. Best hotel stay I ever had.

Ieesha and Valerie was very polite and accommodating! We came in last minute due to a water leak at our home and they made us feel right at home on Christmas Day!!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about their professionalism and how courteous they were to me and my family!

This place impressed me, and I've stayed in a LOT of hotels. Great location, right off the highway but no traffic noise inside the building. Hotel was VERY quiet all night. Lady at the front desk was extremely nice during check in. The hotel is pet friendly, they gave me a comfortably sized room on the ground floor near an exit so it was easy to get my dog in and out for bathroom breaks. Bed was comfortable, room had a nice sized refrigerator.

The location is terrific, lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Hotel is clean and nicely updated. I will DEFINITELY be staying here in the future, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while.

Lovely cozy hotel. Checked in late at night with Lakeynn (I'm sure that's spelled wrong 😩) and she was so sweet and helpful. Had a great night's sleep and nice breakfast. Morning crew was cheerful and happy to help. 10/10 stay

Wanda goes out of her way to help her guest. My 95 year old MIL left her cellphone in the hotel room. Wanda went to UPS after work to mail it to us. We travel back and forth from Ohio to Florida at least 4 times a year. We always stay here. Employees are so nice, rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfy.

It was amazing! I love the front desk ladies. We travels all the way from North Dakota and they made sure we were good and our rooms were up to par. Thank you Iesha, Wanda, Asteria and Shell. You ladies were amazing and I can’t wait to come back for a visit.

This is my go to spot for an event!! I have been to so many event in their nice event room and have always felt welcomed. I have stayed here a few times as well and the room are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff are so friendly. The only problem I had was the pool area, not sure if it was cleaned before we got there but I saw cigarette butts and a beer can which look like it was sitting there for a while. Other than that it's a very nice place not too expensive and a great spot for a party.

My family and I came into town for an event. We had 2 of our family pets with us. This was our first choice but unfortunately they were having difficulties with their computer system. We were in a hurry to get to ur destination and there were only a select few pet friendly hotels to pick from. We decided on one and put our pets in the room. When we returned we noticed the room was not cleaned at all and smelled so we decided to leave and go back to the Country Inn and Suites. I am so glad we did. The customer service was excellent and the front desk lady was very accommodating. The pet friendly rooms was very clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was great. They had a wide range of things to choice from. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, what really made this a 5 star was Kevin, he was so kind and courteous, he also signed me up for the rewards and saved me money. Thank him for his kindness and patience with me, also for his service to our country

Listen, I read reviews. That's how I pick my hotel. I stayed here last year when it was under renovation and it was a nightmare! The work is all done and it is beautiful now. The lobby is spacious. The coffee is always available. The dining area is comfortable. The only thing needing work was the laundry room. I will most definitely stay here again!!
