Just wanna shut out the Sat night crew there tonight (9/9) y'all made my kids night! It's Saturday.. and I don't wanna cook😁. There was another place mentioned, but I nixed that and placed a mobile order.. fast forward to 5 mins ago when the kids got back.. They said they were so glad they went there cause there was a fun crew.. me being old and confused asked like a special event staff? Nope just y'all being amazing. Having fun and getting it ( your work) done. Thank you all for what you do, you made my night ( no dishes,no cooking) and my family's! ps Wendy's.. raises.. they deserve raises🫶

Good food and service. Easy parking for large vehicles with a trailer.

Usually the food is fairly good during the day time, but at night it seems that they go into crazy mode... I think the Managers take a nap and then the Gremlin team takes over...
I have decided that going at night 🌉 🌙 to Wendy's will be a last resort.

I had a chocolate frosty for the first time in eons. It was delicious.

Today February 24,2023 I had such an amazing encountered at around 8:10pm with Jacob he has one of the best customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and was patient while waiting on us to order. He deserves something!!! Thank youuu! If you see this Jacob keep being kind, it will pay off!

Best Wendy's I have ever been to.. burger was very hot n fresh n the presentation was even better. It was just a stop by on the way out of town for work. But I will be sure I stop here every time I pass through.

Stopped in for a quick bite and of course it was the busy stop so the customer service was lacking but the food was delicious.

The customer service was exceptional!! She double checked to make sure my frosty was layered, I could have cared less. My grilled chicken, maple bacon was the bomb. Not even drenched in condiments. I was so thankful for these Women. They went above and beyond. At 9pm.ish. long traveling day. Last leg, great meal.

Restored my steadily dwindling faith lately in fast food restaurants. Was a little after 1:00 pm. on a Thursday afternoon. I was able to pull right up to the drive-thru speaker to place my order which I realize is a rare occurrence anywhere anytime. Ordered the Biggie Bag which I think is a great value - you get a lot for $5.00. I was also able to pull up to the Pick-Up window with a very short wait time. I was pleasantly surprised that I was given my order right away AND with a big warm smile followed by a "Have a nice day!" and another smile! The entire transaction was about 5 minutes literally. AND.... there was nothing missing from my order like it usually is! Hooray! The napkins, straw & dipping sauce were actually in the bag! It was sooo wonderful! I got in & out quickly ,was treated kindly & warmly, got plenty of good food plus a drink for a great low price AND my order was correct with nothing missing. What more could I want?! I left there a pleasantly amazed & happy woman! It's great to know there are still some people out there that care about doing a good job. That was my experience. I hope it's everyone's.

This Wendy's is amazing!! I just ordered doordash through them - they didn't have sour cream so they gave me an extra kids burger to make up for it. That's good customer service, especially since they don't have any way to communicate with us from the time you order!

I rarely review places, much less a fast food joint, but I stopped at this location for a quick lunch on the way back home to CHS, and just wow. This was one of the best drive thru fast food burgers I've ever had. It wasn't thrown together poorly or oversauced, and it tasted like the burger patties made their way from the grill to my car in seconds. The fries were hot and crispy. The drive thru line was long, but moved quickly. I'll be back next time I'm passing thru. Great job!

Food was good but lemonade was great. Everything was just as I asked and the service was fast.

I returned and they haven't lost their kindness and patience and service. This is the best Wendy's. Great service and friendly employee. They were busy cleaning as well. Some thing that not seen in fast food.

Hot Fries and a Frosty can't beat that combo

Good service and good food. There was a bit of a wait with some orders built up, but they kept going until everything was caught up. Very polite!

Wendy’s is my go to fast food restaurant. With the day that I’ve been having I figured my food was going to be messed up or cold but I was WRONG. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and I swear it’s the best freshest spicy chicken sandwich I have ever gotten from any Wendy’s before. Thanks for bettering my day I’ll definitely be stopping by the next time I’m in the area.

We were just driving through from Columbia and got our food to go. I spilled my medium drink in the parking lot, but she replaced it with a large at no charge. "Wait for food" complaint be damned, she gave good service even before my drink decided to spill itself.

As always it was great pleasure eating from Wendy's...Mr. Chris M is such a sweet & loving person!! The food was fresh & everything was delicious. Thanks to the history Shanell for being so patient while I talked & figured out what we wanted!!

It's a gorgeous little brown-skinned that works to drive through. I try to catch her every morning 😂. She got me blowing my check at Wendy's for breakfast. I'll get the balls to ask her out one day.
Corina got people rushing and not wanting to hold conversation. Just wanted to know if we could quarantine together sometime...
