I ordered my drink in drive thru and Brittany was so polite and welcoming . She greeted me and asked how my day was before taking my order and then repeated it back to ensure it was correct. I frequently visit this location and I have a good experience but this experience with Brittany was my favorite!

UPDATE! I WENT BACK TO THE STARBUCKS THE NEXT DAY AND SPOKE TO A VERY NICE BARISTA SHIFT, THAT TRULY APPRECIATED MY BRINGING THE ISSUES FORWARD. I DIDN'T KNOW AT THE TIME OF ORDERING THE STARBUCKS LOCATION WAS NEW! IT'S HARD THESE DAYS TO GET PEOPLE TO WORK AND THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING TO DO OJT. ON THE JOB TRAINING. THE BARISTA MADE MY UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE RIGHT AND I'LL DEFINITELY VISIT THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE WHEN IN THE AREA! I'M ROOTING FOR THEM TO DO WELL!!

I've been a Starbucks member with a Starbucks card over 12 years now. I visited this location for the first time yesterday while in the area to visit my family in South Carolina. I ordered a Trenta Black iced tea and was given Green tea. When I told the Barista my tea was supposed to be Black Tea, she pointed to the container it came from and said it was Black tea. Even though it said Black Tea, I could clearly see it was the color of the Green tea in it! There were four or five other containers beside it with NO LABELS on them, filled with teas. I told her the container absolutely had green tea in it and she also didn't know what was in the others she stated because they weren't marked at all. She said she could remake my tea and was going to make it from the same container. I said but that's NOT black tea. I asked for some of the tea next to it and tasted it and wasn't sure what it was but I poured it into my incorrectly made tea just to mask the green tea taste because I don't like it. I didn't want tea remade from the pitcher incorrectly marked and didn't know what to do because I had to leave and didn't have the time for them to brew black tea even though it was never offered. I called the 1-800 number and apparently they have the stores completely handle these issues now because they weren't able to refund me for an incorrect tea. They said to go back to the store and have them make me a new one. I will do this and hope to speak to the store manager because even though this location is new, the tea on the shelf should have been marked!
My Mom ordered a Cappuccino with one pump of Hazelnut syrup. What she got was a Cafe Latte with 4 pumps of Hazelnut! It also wasn't hot at all! She went ahead and drank it so I only want the Black Tea to be replaced. I didn't like mine so didn't end up drinking it.
I hope to get the proper tea replaced.
On top of all this, I bought our drinks on YAYDAY when the handcrafted drinks are 50 percent off between 12 and 6. We were there ordering at 2. What happened to the half off??? I didn't get it!!
I know this store is new, but they really need to get it together! The Baristas I dealt with definitely need more training . I'd love to be able to go there often when in the area again. Hopefully they will continue to improve. I love my Starbucks and am rooting for them!!

I visited shortly after they opened and they pissed me off. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and a cheese danish. They were out of the danish so I asked if they had a blueberry muffin. They did, so I told her I wanted that. I pulled up to the drive-thru and I noticed my payment was too low for what I ordered so I asked about it. I found out that the muffin wasn't on the ticket so I informed the girl at the window. She added it to my ticket and asked me to pull around near the front door. I waited 15 minutes, which I did have to waste. Then I went inside. When I asked about it, they were clueless and the drive-thru girl avoided eye contact. The girl at the register heated a muffin in about 10 seconds and I left. They wasted 15 minutes of my life for something that took 10 seconds. Wasting someone's time is disrespectful! I could've stayed at the window and waited 10 seconds. I didn't go back until a few days ago and it looks as if they have changed the staff. It was an enjoyable experience except that they are always out of random food items.

OK. It's a super new location,. so I will give grace. The good: wonderfully nice staff and...of course...the atmosphere is wonderful. The Bad: We have been there a good 5-7 times, and they have not gotten drinks right taste-wise. They are lacking flavor and taste like sweet milk. 😥 They are already running out of the ingredients to make things...and I can't believe the frap machine has already broken down..after less than a month being open??? 😵😵‍💫.

BUT... I will be back. Hoping for improvement. We will try to continue to support this location🤞👌

Absolutely horrendous!!! My partner and I came in to Starbucks to work. He works on art and I work on my lgbt flag business. We were not even there for more than an hour, as my partner comes back to the table from the restroom; the cashier told me to pull up my pants! My underwear band was barely showing and nothing was exposed!! I was minding my own business working and the second my partner came back she said something. It only happened after my Pride flags were on my laptop screen! I asked my partner to look and he verified my underwear and everything else was covered and nothing exposed!! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

I ordered a vanilla bean frappe and a frozen refresher. It was absolutely disgusting. The refresher wasn’t even blended. The frappe had a weird flavor. I think the milk was bad. Then when I went to pay they had the nerve to say please add a tip.

Tried to place a group order an hour before pick up and they were out of travel containers for coffee and didn't tell me that when I placed the order, and then when I got there they said they'd call ahead to their other location to help me out and never did. I understand a group order could've been placed the day before, but the lack of communication and organization was poor customer service

Customers service was awful. I went through the drive through the girl taking my order was not friendly at allllll. They were out of everything. Once I placed my order it was silence, I had to ask if I could drive around to the window. Once at the window the cashier never spoke just waited for me to hand her the money. I was excited about having a Starbucks on the other side of town but at this point I rather just drive to the Starbucks by the interstate.
