While I was moving to the area, Kody at the Robert Ndegwa State Farm office took care of everything. After first reaching out for a quote, she took care of every detail, answered all of my questions, and explained my options. During an out of state, move when I had so much else going on, she made it seem like I didn't have to lift a finger.

Such a stressful process made easy. They offered me the lowest quote for the same coverage compared to the other major insurance companies. I ended up saving about $60/month by switching from my previous insurer.

Lexi was the rep who helped me out - it was so refreshing to deal with a rep who felt like a human and not a robot reading off of a script. There’s no better way to frustrate a customer than a robotic rep who has no idea what they’re doing. Genuine props to her for being able to help without putting me on hold, transferring me a dozen times to different departments, or giving me the run-around out of laziness. I received a quote and had the paperwork signed within 30 minutes.

Couldn’t recommend them any higher - cheaper, full coverage, and I have zero complaints so far!

I don’t write reviews often, but Lexi really was the deciding factor. One quote was pretty close in price (a few dollars more), but her attitude over the phone compared to the rep I spoke with at (not going to say the name, but a major insurer) is what absolutely sold me.
