Build-A-Bear Workshop

My sister's and I went to Parkway mall to pass time while waiting to visit out mother in the ICU at Huntsville Hospital. We went in BAB to look around and ended up buying her a bear. The staff there was so sweet and nice, we couldn't have asked for better service then what we received!!!!

Saturday 3/2/24 I took my daughter in for our first visit ever to this location. It was a little busy because it was a Saturday afternoon. The 2 workers that were at the stuffing machine were both pleasant and the lady that checked us out was great as well. Will definitely be back.

I went to this location about a week ago I've been to many but the customer service here was top notch the store manager Leah and the assistant manager April was on the floor as well helping out to make sure everyone was helped properly and in a timely matter I will definitely be back one of my favorite experience ever. Thanks guys

The kids had a great time! The staff was all super friendly and helpful. They were following all their Covid-19 guidelines. They only allowed 12 people in at one time. Which was super nice because that place can get crowded in a hurry on a normal basis.
When you get there, if they're full, they take your number and text when they're ready for you. Easy peasy! It was the perfect, social distancing way to celebrate my daughter's birthday!

Such a precious store. Great place to create many memories through the love of stuffed animals of which I've always been a fan of.

We had an amazing time! The entire staff is wonderful! Each time we’ve been, the lines move faster and faster! An employee named Curt made my daughters night. They listened to her and genuinely shared her excitement over their combined love of making bracelets and “what is the perfect squish” for a build a bear. The whole staff was awesome! I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped us too! He was rocking a 2008 pumpkin cat in his back carrier! We love this location!

Great experience for my girls!! The lady that helped the was just the sweetest person ever...they really did enjoy creating their own bears... wonderful young lady she really did make my girls feel special...sorry ginni but you got in our pictures too hope you dont mind

We bought 5 and it did not take long. We also bought accessories, scents, and a sound insert. The birth certificates were easy to print. Abby helped us at each step...she made the experience really great for us.

Fun experience for the whole family! The kids loved the heart ceremony after the animals were stuffed! Get there early if there's a sale, because it gets busy quick!

We took our son for his birthday to make a bear. The process is super simple. The employee that helped us was fantastic, she recognized our son was special needs and did wonderfully with him. It is expensive if you go all out but a great experience for the kids.

We love this company so much! I brought our daughter here for her birthday. Hayley was great! Such a sweet outgoing personality. My daughter enjoyed her time there and left with a few new babies! Great experience awesome staff!

Staff was fantastic. Because it was our first time there, they were very helpful. They made my grandkids feel special. I like that they had them engaged in whole process. We will be back next week to get my grandson his birthday bear and granddaughter next month. I'm glad they told us about it. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it. It's a great bonding experience. I think I am going to get one next week and I'm 55yrs old.

Prompt and polite service.
Clean atmosphere.

Though I was initially turned away because of the price.
Afterwards I can say it was well worth the expense.
It is the best feeling and most durable plush that she owns.

Price is high. But the build quality/durability is worth the price.

Very happy with quality of stuffies. My Westies (dogs) love the horse & kids giggling sounds to pieces. We have the groundhog with horse noises (in arm, not stuffed). Item is played with roughly and still looks brand new after months of play! THANK YOU

Jameson is the best!!!! Had a Girl Scout party and I forgot the list of items the girls had previously chosen...his patience and help, I cannot express how much I needed that! It was chaos and he jumped in head first to help! He interacted with these girls so well, age ranges from kindergarten to 3rd grade. A young man of his age, being superman with these little girls was priceless!!!! The young lady who we paid, running the register, I cannot remember her name, but bless this girl! She hung in there and helped us all get straightened out without showing ANY frustrations with us! We were quite the difficult customer lol, forgetting the list and all!! Even though it was stressful to me, all the girls had a blast, and I left with a feeling of a great experience!! I am so thankful for their help!! I would recommend over and over going to this store!!! Great employees!!!!!!!

Awesome Place for Birthdays! Hannah and the rest of the staff were so helpful, patient and great with all the kids. They kept the kids' attention (8 of them) and made the whole experience very entertaining. Thank you so much for a GREAT birthday party!!

All of the employees at the Parkway Mall were so great!!! This was my daughters first time in and now we are hooked. We will definitely be back and now that we know about the Birthday Bears, both of my kids will be getting bears every year and we will keep coming back to the Parkway location!!! Keep up the great work ladies and thanks again for making my daughter’s first visit so special!!!

I actually don't remember my visit to this place so I was probably having a good time or at least feeling good. But hey kids bears building them what can go wrong?
