What a gem!
We travel the country full time and also have a passion for art. We travel in a skoolie because we love the idea of unicycling and using what we always have (no fancy new RV here). We second hand thrift most of our belongings, but something we struggle to find is quality art and craft supplies, Until today!
Wow! This place is amazing, the organization, the amount of products. It's beyond words, y'all have to go!
We need more places like this and I was happy to choose how much I pay.
Thank you for this place!
And if youre in the local area and a creator, check this place out!!!!

They have everything you need for artists, teachers, etc etc. it's pay what you can which is awesome. They are super friendly everytime. I love coming here. They literally have everything, better than an actual craft and art store in my opinion. Definitely recommend!

First off anyone who has not been here yet needs to come. They have everything yes it's all used as is Goodwill and all other reconsignment stores but it's all free. All they ask for is you to bring something to donate or just a little money just dollar bills they do take a card too. Everything from corks from wine Windows doors painting lots of crafts door knobs they have everything FREE,FREE. You can bring your used opened paint, anything you don't use someone else will. Like a swap meet.

It’s a really neat concept for artists and reused art. The people are friendly and helpful. I have never seen any place like it in my whole life.

This place is absolute paradise, what more can I say? As a visual artist who also cares about sustainability, I am always looking for ways to reuse and recycle my materials. I just about wept with joy when I discovered Turnip Green and came here for the first time. This place has SUCH a beautiful mission and the thought and care they put into everything is very evident every time I visit. I love coming here just for inspiration, but also to donate art supplies, check out local artist creations, and generally just soak up the happy vibes. Proud to call myself Turnip Green's biggest fan. Thank you!!

Need anything?? Turnip Green will have it! Teachers! This is a fantastic place to get inexpensive classroom supplies. I got all my bubblewrap for a move (they have so much!) I get all my gift bags and wrapping paper here. It’s just great. And everyone who works here is lovely and helpful.

They have done a great job of organizing the donated items. They really need more parking. It's worth the trouble though, this is a great organization.

A fun place to shop. A wide variety of supplies, keeps things out of the landfill, and a little art gallery, too. Also a great place to do volunteer projects.

This is such a unique store! I'm from out of state and have never seen a store like this. I love the concept of buying thrift craft supplies and they had so many things. The store is full. I scored a few great pieces for my donation! I would love to have a store like this in my hometown! The staff were super friendly and helpful! I have so many things I want to donate now!!

Just got to enjoy time here and it is everything I hoped for. It’s amazing for reuse supplies that you could possibly need. Be prepared to shop and surf for things and the atmosphere is worth just hanging out!

Their new location is amazing! They’ve really put extra care into the layout and keeping it as organized as you can with as much stuff as they get in. The person at the check out area is always very welcoming and never gives any type of shame or guilt towards the amount of money you’ll give even if it’s all in coins!

So underrated! They have tons of amazing things to play with as an artist. Also a great place to take the kiddies for imaginative play. An entirely donation-based place to get everything from art supplies to wrapping paper to cassette tapes and scraps of wood. You name it, they probably have it!

This is probably one of the coolest places in the city. Full of materials diverted from landfills, you can find just about anything here. Whether for arts and crafts or just for home projects, Turnip Green offers plenty to get your hands on. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

This is a very great place for creatives to visit to save money and find inspiration.

You can find everything from stone tile to books, use paint, markers, crayons, plant holders, yarn and more. Everything is very organized and labeled so that it is easy to find what you are looking for.

There is a small parking lot up front as well as a donation area (please ask them or look online what supplies they need before dropping things off though). I look forward to coming back here in the future.
