Ruth's Nutrition

I've shopped here many times before each visit being a great experience. Today, two of the employees were extra kind to my son. While I looked around one of the employees held my shopping basket since I had the baby in the stroller and a 2 year old. I highly recommend this store!

I absolutely LOVE Ruth’s. I went there when I felt pretty lost on a health journey, and the women there are so knowledgeable and welcoming. They made recommendations, I tried them out and I will be a customer for life. I mean it when I say this is the first time in my life I have taken supplements daily because they make that much of a difference. In 3 months I have felt the healthiest and strongest I have felt in years. I also love the beauty and essential oil products!!

I have been a regular customer of Ruth's Nutrition for about three or four years, and I've always had a pleasant experience. They are happy to take a phone order and give curbside pickup service. The prices are very good, and they are happy to compare prices of a product for multiple brands. From my experience they stock products only from reputable, trustworthy manufacturers. They seem very educated in the products (e.g., how and why to use each one) -- I think you will like supporting this local small business.

My son (10 yrs old) recently fell and broke his arms, yes, both arms. He needed surgery and the hospital sent us home with a heavy pain medicine. He had a lot in his system still from the surgery and pain meds the hospital gave him. When we got home, he was not resting well and sleep walking. Ruth's recommended a Turmeric Supreme, Pain P.M. We gave him 2 capsules before bed and he slept through the night! No walking or talking! RUTH'S also helped me to realize that our son was dealing with the trauma of the accident too, so it helped me to know better how to pray for him! While there I also notice they have a wall of vitamins and things just for kids! So encouraging! We have been getting away from all the Big Pharma stuff and Ruth's has really helped us on this journey!

Always great, helpful service. I started buying here, because the products I've bought are the same price as Amazon. It's nice to just walk in the door, and walk out with what I need.

First time reviewer, long time customer. Ruth's Nutrition has been in HSV for at least 40 yrs if memory serves me today. In all those years I have never had a bad experience with their service or products. The knowledgeable staff, ample information, and fresh products are a pleasure to see. This is not the only 'nutrition store' I have shopped at but it is the one I always return to when others fail to satisfy my health needs.

I say long live Ruth's, long may it reign as Queen of the Health Food/Nutrition shops in these many valleys of the north central Tennessee Valley.
