I absolutely love this supplement shop. It is hands down my favorite. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and there is no nonsense or unnecessary information. They are also very friendly and welcoming. Whatever your fitness goals may be, they have everything you need. Personally, I am a loyal customer and will continue to support this amazing shop.

Cam and Alicia are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Have about 40 years of experience between them. Best thing is they only sell supplements that they have done themselves so you know what you’re getting. The personal training is definitely worth it, especially when combined with whatever supplements you need to achieve your goals. Pretty much completely reshaped my entire body in 3 months. And now I’m jacked, make more money, feel more confident and better about myself and because of how I feel and present myself other people are treating me better and the cycle continues. Of course, like any personal training you are going to get out of it what you put into it but if you’re serious about getting results, disciplined, and receptive to coaching you will achieve your goals at an accelerated rate at American Fit.

I walked into AF in Jul 2023 just to 'see what it was all about' and met Cam & Alicia. They were so friendly, professional & helpful..did I mention welcoming? Cam explained their services to me and I decided on the spot to engage Alicia for personal training.
I was so out of shape and overweight, and Alicia tailored a perfect program for me. So, along with the wonderful, supportive and positive workouts she gave me, the use of the red light therapy, and using the supplements Cam suggested and the prepared meals (which are wonderful!) I've managed to get into the best shape I think I have ever been in, loosing 'oodles' of weight, in about 4 months! I couldn't have done it without them!
A couple of times during my training, I managed to strain myself and Alicia then worked out different exercises to work around those and took the time to make sure I was being supported and still get a great workout!
They are exceptionally knowledgeable; They listen and take care of you and are attentive to getting you to attain your goals.
I'm so glad I happened into this amazing sanctuary!

When walking in whether it’s your first time or a regular visit Cam and his team are attentive to your needs and use their knowledge and experience to provide options based on your health goals. They have deep knowledge of the various ingredients in the products they sell and use that knowledge to put the most relevant products forward. Cam is passionate about his business and about how he and his team can provide the necessary tools to reach one’s goals. For someone who is new to supplements for health support, I’ve appreciated the time they have taken to simplify and breakdown products and their purposes.

I went in to American Fit after a workout Nextdoor and ended up talking with Cam the manager for a half hour. Not only is he super inviting, polite and friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable. He obviously has deep understanding of all of his products and just of working out in general. I love his wide array of products that you can’t find at big box stores or online. Definitely the only place I’ll shop for supps moving forward.

For over 20 years I’ve talked to countless nutrition specialists, and hands down Cameron is by far the most knowledgeable about nutrition, supplements and sports performance. He took the time to explain and customize my supplements that aligned with my personal goals. Definitely recommend checking them out!

If you need supplements/ workout stuff in Denver, this is your place. Cameron was very welcoming and knowledgeable about every product on the shelf. Great selection, but not so much that it’s overwhelming. Came for a few things but ended up chatting for 45 minutes.

My favorite supplement shop by far! The owner and staff are knowledgeable and the shop has a nice vibe. The owner has hand picked some of the best stuff that you can’t find elsewhere and they offer a lot of other cool services as well. Worth the drive.

This has been the most welcoming and informative supplement shop that I’ve been to yet. The guys always answer all of my hundreds of questions about all of the different products without ever rushing me or being pushy salesman, and I will continue to go here for all of my fitness supplements from now on. Easily the best supplement store in Denver, probably Colorado, and maybe even the world. Staff know their stuff and I always feel like I am in good hands with them. My fitness goals are easy work with these guys backing me up.
