I ordered the oatmeal butterscotch maple ice cream, and had a couple toppings added to it, and it was delicious. The staff was kind and helpful in helping us make our decision.

The smallest size they have is the kiddy, and it is about 4 tablespppns worth, and the medium size is the one I ordered, and it was rather large, although worth each bite.

The icecream here is delicious!
We ordered a mix of cookie dough and brownie brownie batter in a waffle cone.
It was a double scoop and was a good quantity for a single person.
It’s a must try!!

Awesome Ice Cream!!! This is a great place to stop in after taking in a movie at the AMC or in-between shopping at the outlets. The prices are somewhat Bostonian but the convenience is hard to beat. Service is fast, and delicious!

Fun place for dessert in Assembly Row outdoor mall. Ice creams are great, service very good.

I had coffee here and it was on a quite morning hence no issues with it being crowded. The ambience is nice, volume of music a bit too loud for me, but their coffee was great! I don’t know from where they get their beans or if they brew their coffee by themselves but I will definitely go there again.
I also like the thoughtful design of their coffee cup which comes with a flap over the lid and it is very convenient to close and open it. This is something which some coffee stores offer.

I ordered a three scoop ice-cream (chocolate, vanilla and brownie brownie batter) w/ a waffle cone and it was 1000/10 for me. The icecream tastes very creamy, smooth and of high quality. The price was also very reasonable (7.85) They also give pretty nice scoops!! 🍨

This place has Outstanding icecreams to offer! Try the coconul almond, it's creamy, flavorful and perfectly sweet.

Mont chip ice cream in waffle cone is really good. 👍 Love it!

JP Licks is a brand by itself. If you like ice-cream and go through Boston, you must try it.
Flavors are GOOD, I've never been disappointed. Serving size is GOOD, but it may be a bit on the pricey side compared to other good home creameries (Forget Amorino). Service is always nice, and on one occasion I was helped a lot by one of their guys with the logistics of picking up an ice-cream cake. Restrooms are always available and clean.
I guess the single small personal inconvenient I may feel during my recurrent visits is the perpetual screen requesting for a tip. Have never had an issue when leaving no tip, but I feel this shouldn't be part of a small snack serving (Way lighter than any fast-food).
All in all, I feel JP licks deserves the 5 stars as a business in general.

This J.P. Licks serves very delicious ice cream, just like every other location. I got strawberry and brownie brownie batter and I enjoyed both. They were creamy and not overly sweet (but of course still sweet since it's ice cream). The prices are a bit high if you only get one or two scoops or want a cone. The prices only increase by about a dollar for each extra scoop but start very high for a single scoop. A small waffle cone also costs more than an extra scoop.

The seating area was a bit dirty at this location when I visited, so it could be cleaner.

I love ice cream here! I can add some toppings and syrup, which is really great. They also serve coffee and other beverage so you have many choice here.

The thickest, creamiest ice cream I've ever had! Very pricey ($5 for a scoop) but definitely worth it.

I only had a hot chocolate from here but that in the sphere was nice and the hot chocolate was delicious.

Quick service, amazing ice cream, friendly staff

The mango sorbets are amazing! Visited with a friend to talk a bit more after a dinner up the street, and we both have had the mango sorbets this past Friday. We are both grateful to have it and to have tried the sorbet and that we were able to catch up on the patio! A quick place in and out with the cashier and person who was scooping. Both people who was on-shift for Friday, August 21st, 2022 were amazing! Thank you!

Good looking ice cream shop with excellent food and a good atmosphere. Oy thing is that they have a long line pretty much all day.

Plenty of options to choose from. Delicious ice cream/coffee/tea sandwich and shakes. Beautiful location, great ambience and seating arrangements..
