Replaced the screen on my daughter's iPhone X. Made an appointment online for same day, brought it in and was fixed 40 minutes later. Cost was $120 which seemed reasonable considering the ease of same day appointment and quick turnaround.

My screen was damaged and had to be replaced. It was my first time at the shop and I'll go there again if I ever need anything else to fix (hopefully not.) Good service and experience. My phone looks brand new. I think I heard the lady at the front speaking Khmer? She said for me to come back 30min later after I dropped my phone off and I did, but the repair wasn't done yet. I didn't mind waiting a bit more. I overheard her telling someone in the back to get my phone done soon in Khmer and I understood LOL. I appreciated that. Thanks again.

Amazing job! Our screen was cracked and shattered all the way down to the motherboard (the touch screen still worked though) - brought it to Lowell phone shop and it literally looks brand new! I have told so many people already - this place is SUPER FAST, very easy to work with, very convenient location - so easy to run in and out - and the cost is very fair. Went in to have an iPhone 11 fixed. Front screen was completely cracked. They had it ready within 30 minutes, no appointment required, hassle free and affordable price. Highly recommend!

Well this is the third time I've gone there all for different devices a Nintendo switch in two different cell phones each time it has been the female charging port issues they fixed me up every time and even stood by their work when almost a month later my cell phone charging port went out on me again they fixed it for free... service with a smile very friendly and quick. I highly recommend these guys

My sons phone had a crack in the glass and was all of a sudden acting funky. I googled iPhone repair and saw how close these guys were to us. We brought the phone, dropped it off for about 45 minutes and it was like brand new when we picked it up. Super easy, super close, fast & friendly!!! We will recommend them to everyone and will certainly be back!

Came here to a buy a phone for my son (iPhone 7) great service and good pricing. Phone works great. Polo was a great help and friendly. I go to him a lot to get my phone fix and screen replace. He doesn’t charge a arm or leg to get things fix.

I brought my son's PS 4 in with hard drive issues iv been trying to figure out and fix for the last 2 yrs now I'm really kicking myself in the butt for finding this place sooner. He was extremely nice right from the start and explained everything to me. No sooner I got home he was calling me! HE FIXED IT! Not only fixed it but explained to me what had happened and that we didn't even have get a whole new hard drive! I can't thank you guys enough and my son said THANK YOU TO!

It was my very first time ever fixing a major iPhone issue for me and I’m so glad I came here for it! Everyone was so nice and patient with me. They were fast as well with resolving the issue and you can’t beat the price either! Definitely coming here again for future phone issues! :)

I cannot thank Lowell Phone Sop enough for the help they provided for me with my old Iphone 11. I had a major issue: my old phone was stuck on the apple logo during a transfer of photos and information to my new phone. I was told at Xfinity that I basically lost 6 years of photographs. This was devastating and stressful to say the least.
I called Lowell Phone Shop on a last ditch effort and to my surprise Polo was able to recover everything. He was professional, up front and super patient. I cannot recommend this business enough.

My Samsung Galaxy needed a battery replacement. In my case, they replaced it in less than an hour at a very good price. They were professional and efficient. I was going to go to Nashua or Woburn, but this will be my go-to place for some phone repairs now. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, super nice people! Absolute best place to go in Lowell, and really, anywhere I've ever been, would definitely recommend. I have the most obscure model of Samsung, and yet they fixed it in an hour ez pz. Will definitely come back in the future if I ever need it. I was really satisfied with the customer service at this shop. Polo did an amazing job recovering all my data off an unresponsive Iphone. He was extremely professional and very honest about everything and also gave me some tips on how I can back up on my laptop at home as well. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to see Polo for any phone and laptop repairs.
