I have to say this place was excellent from the moment I walked in with my son to the moment I left. We were looking for a Christmas 🎄 gift for his girlfriend. We were helped immediately and directed in the appropriate area for the age group we needed to buy for. We left with an entire set and some additional items to go with it to make the gift more pleasurable. I don't remember the lady who helped us but I know she was there for 10 years, the girl at the counter when we purchased out items was great too! I'm not a mall person but will definitely go back to this bath and body store! Thanks for help!

Nicole went above and beyond yesterday to assist me with a pleasant experience. She acted very determined to to right by me and exceed my expectations as a frequent customer. She is decisive and is the best of the best that store has to offer. Nicole is an asset to the bath and body works industry and I recommend anyone to shop their. Ask for Nicole!!

I had an amazing experience yesterday. One of the cashiers, Sophia, was extremely kind, caring, and helpful. Helped me pick out my free gift and choose my hand soaps based on what was my preferred scent. wrapped my candles really neat, and put everything in the appropriate bagging for each of the many items I had. She even gave me a bag for my other items because she observed I had a lot of bags in my hand. Overall amazing experience here

I had a very pleasant experience here. It was right after Christmas during their Semi-Annual Sale. The store was extremely busy from the sale, but they seemed to handle the influx of people well. They were very helpful and responsive. The kind lady I had at the register was very sweet and moved things along nicely while trying to be attentive to other customers due to how busy the store was.

Sales are clearly marked, staff was friendly, and I've had only good experiences everyone I've been here. Thanks for that.

Great place! They had a great sale going and we were happy to relieve them of several bags of products. The staff was super nice and very helpful when we asked them questions and for guidance. They also had a great selection of hand sanitizers, lotions and body wash. They store was very easy to get in and out of as well.

I wish every retail store I shopped at has the customer service like this store does. Manager Natasha and her employees are so sweet and so nice, they really go beyond the customers expectations. I would stick to shopping only at this B&BW because it is such a nice and pleasant, friendly experience!!

Love their candles and the sales are great. Linda and Yesienna were extremely helpful.

Because This one awesome employee KATE M. that helped me when no one else would did a great job helping me pick out gifts for my daughter and niece when I had no idea what to get she took the time to help make shopping fun. She is a great salesman and a fun energetic person who made my day idk what I would have done without her help it was the best 100$ i spent!!! So now I won't shop there unless she is there to help me thank you Kate!!!

My favorite favorite store ! Special shout out to Nicole at the freehold mall store , she was so sweet and very very friendly and courteous. Bath and body works surely knows how to take care of their customers.

Its a big store then any other bath body store near by. Also shop has good collection. Neat and clean.
