Lindsey is a lifesaver! I had just got my roots done at a SALON and the stylist left me with hot and orange roots. I came in with virgin roots and asked to be bleached and toned to match the rest of my platinum hair. It may have been the worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. Normally you go to the salon to fix what you do at home but I had the opposite situation...

I came to Sally’s to fix it myself and Lindsey guided me with the right steps and products to try to fix it. It’s not perfect but it’s MUCH better than what it was when I left the salon. I’ve done my hair in the past successfully and knew I should have just done it myself with products from Sally’s in the first place. Thank you Lindsey!
