Everyone is always nice and helpful. I had packages get mixed up and they always called me and followed up when they said they would.

Easy access it's a post office what more do you want?

It was great this lady named Tiki I believe she's new there she is so nice & friendly! However, even before she got there the atmosphere was always welcoming!

This is not about the staff they are great but how do FT workers get to their PO box with the hours they offer?

Suddenly all my packages are getting stuck here for days before shipping out, it’s like it’s the Jersey City Distribution Center.....and that wasn’t good!!!!

Never written a review faster in my life, I just left here.

So I went to return a pair of shorts to an online store. I had to pay for a package. Ok, makes sense I’ve had to do that before.

So now, I had to tape my label onto the package. She says there is tape behind you. Ok, so I start using the tape to put my label on. Then, the other woman in there yells over to me saying I’m messing it up and to stop. I’m like huh? She says I have to pay for the tape. So I’m like oh sorry, I didn’t know that. So I stopped using it.

She then finishes taping my label on and then charges me for the entire roll of tape. I go see you serious? The other woman just pointed to the tape behind me, I wouldn’t have used it if I had known I had to pay for a whole roll! The other woman stayed silent this entire exchange then the one ringing me up is just like you used it, you have to buy it. We don’t let you use tape for free.

So now I’m stuck with a $4 roll of tape for no reason. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. I’m never going here again I will go out of my way to another town.

Rude and unhelpful. No one at the location ever wants to work or help out their constituents.

Poor customer service, wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling a passport appointment. I went there 3 times and still no resolve. Even the Manager was no help, told me to go somewhere else. Zero stars if I could.

Incompetent, unprofessional, rude where do I start. I set 2 different appointments to get passports for me and my son and both times they called a few hours before my appointment to cancel. I almost went to speak my mind the 2nd time but I kept my composure. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
