I went in to get a lot of parts for two different cars and Patrick took care of me. he was very knowledgeable and quick, gave me discounts for oil where it was due and I'm very happy.

You know it doesn't get any better than that once again the gentleman fixed my windshield wiper I am so appreciative I know it's a minor fix but if it rains I am in trouble. Thank you so very much you are greatly appreciated

For what they are worth this place is ran pretty good.
You will have the best experience if you know what your year,make, and model number is. Having your VIN number is also helpful.
While not all their staff are ASE certified they have seen enough issues to understand most vehicles "common failures" and are good at giving advice on what needs to be done to resolve a problem. If it's something major they even know reputable shops that can take care of it.

Probably one of the best Advance Auto stores I been too! The manager Dacabeon was beyond helpful! He went above and beyond to help guarantee I got what I needed. The staff was also very friendly. Everyone greeted me when I came in. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any store. Definitely will be coming back here if I need assistance again!

My husband and I been coming into this store for a few years now and see new staff all the time but through it all I can say I’m glad to see one staff member there and it’s Robert that guy go above and beyond to help and his customer service is excellent I’ve ran into some rude staff members there but his kindness and helpfulness is wonderful...... to the store manager you need more employees like Robert he is awesome wish I can say that about the test because they need more customer service training. Thank you Robert for your help and always a beautiful smile . I’m advising you if you have a problem and need professional help with a smile ask for Robert or Rob he is the man!!

Very knowledgeable people. Helped me with my car and we're very friendly. Steven took great care helping me. I'm from out of town and he was awesome with making sure I find what I needed. The last that was working there with him was also very nice and pleasant and attentive to helping me find what I needed in the store.

I don't speak English very well and in many places that's a problem. But in this store specifically the attendant, Mr. Michael, was very attentive.

He works with a good will and a smile on his face. I'm doing this review standing in the parking lot.

Probably the most helpful and friendly people I've dealt with in a while. I needed to get my battery checked and did not know that they don't check batteries after sundown. The employees were nice enough to do me the favor of checking my battery anyways and since I needed a new they even installed it for me even though they never do passed sundown. I forgot their names but thank you so much for the help!

Representative Rich was absolutely wonderful!!! He was so helpful and honest. I was so clueless walking In there and Rich truly walked me through the part needed and helped me understand!! Will only come back here because of Rich !!! Thank you again!

That is so so sweet..I've seen this one or 2 girls feeding and trapping these poor cats.love the passion they have for the animals.god bless them for all they do..also for advance given them the permission to be able to do this..they have a team work I see them cleaning up the whole back area

Ordered white lower rear brake light bulb, recd wrong bulb. went back and they gave me the right bulb and they were very nice. they came out and looked at the socket and got the right bulb. Busy but service is good!

On Sample Road, just before Federal Highway. South side. Good selection, very young staff. Needed new wiper blades. $22.00 installed for set of blades is the cheapest. Not bad.

I had to walk there ovwr a mile because my car wasnt workung but i want to say jean was so helpful and knowledgeable and so was everyone else that worked there. They went to ut of their way to make sure i knew what to do when i got back to my car and just didnt sell me anything but made sure i left with the best product for my car, which by the way wasnt the most expensive
