Always pleasant and efficient. Sometimes a wait but the people at the counter don’t control staffing levels or people coming in with out of the ordinary requests that are time consuming.

Dar helped me track down a package that was sent to the wrong address. She went above and beyond to help me get my package. She was super friendly and so very helpful! Made my day, I am so grateful! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return if any further issues arise. Phenomenal service!! Thank you Dar!

Everyone is quick to complain, but many people don’t take the time to compliment good service. I went in to this location this morning and was greeted right away even though they were busy. I probably only waited two minutes but was still thanked TWICE for waiting. The nice lady who helped me was friendly, talkative and efficient. It was a really nice experience to start my day.

Employees here have an impossible job. I am surprised at how they maintain their sanity and provide services despite rude, impatient customers who think that they are the only important person. A customer entered the building without wearing a required face mask. He acted like he was an exception to the rules. Despite a reminder from another customer he to wear a mask he refused to budge. I only wish an employee had seen him sooner and asked him to leave.

I always have a pleasant experience at the post office on 108th in West Allis, Wisconsin. The staff are always helpful and see to your situation. Whether it be buying a book of stamps or sending a package. It is the only post office we go to.

I've always had a pleasant experience here; never have to wait very long, and the customer service is wonderful! Even though this post office is further away, I choose it each time over the closer one.

I frequent this post office often, I was surprised to read some of the other comments because every time I’ve been in there the people working have been super helpful and nice. I always choose this one over the one on greenfield as that one usually seems to be way busier.
