Everyone here are always so pleasant and always have a smile on their face. Who ever is at the window always asks me how my day is going. Their blended carmelicious is addicted. Thank you for treating customers like friends not just customers.

I want to give kudos to the kid working at the Nixa location this morning. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but he was awesome! He was taking orders, running register, and making drinks by himself because his fellow opener hadn't made it in yet. When I asked him about it, he wasn't worried about himself. He was worried that he was going too slow to provide good customer service. He was moving plenty fast and was so pleasant. My experience lasted 8 minutes from ordering to completion and there were two cars in front of me so he was rocking. When he spoke, he was very polite and gave great service. He's a keeper, Scooters!

Staff is very polite and seem to enjoy their jobs. The ice tea was good and my sister seemed to enjoy her drink. We are glad to have them as part of our community.

Just tried today. Never had scooters before. Got a large iced white mocha, the flavor is very good! The right amount of espresso and sweetness. I give a solid 9/10, a must try!

I’ve been a few times to this location. I’ve always had friendly service and good products. One visit had a little delay due an issue with someone’s order ahead of me, but there was clearly a few new employees being trained, just a little hump while learning. I will be back!

I love the friendliness of the staff here. This is exactly what I need on my way to work, a smiling face to hand me my coffee and wish me luck in my day. I seem to have a better day every time I start it here.

I go out of my way to stop in here to get my weekend coffee splurge. The dogs love getting their pupcups. The employees are always nice and polite and I get moved through the line fairly quickly.

A fantastic drive through coffee shop! I usually get a cold, caramelicious with an extra espresso shot and vanilla sweet foam with an everything bagel sandwich.. if I could,,,I would get this every day!

I' have only had good experiences with Scooters. I love that when they see my dogs in the car that they offer free pup cups!
